I arrived flustered and concerned about the possibility that my computer had been hacked. As soon as I walked into the store I felt at ease. The store itself is well secured and fully stocked with computers of all needs. Once I had explained my computer had been "compromised", a staff member, Victoria, immediately took a look at my laptop meanwhile explaining that they are seeing so much of this same situation with many of their clients. She checked my laptop, explained how to deal with the situation and was extremely knowledgable and kind. Once she had made sure everything was fine she showed me what to do in the future and I was completely sure that all was well. I would recommend Mac Medics to anyone having computer issues or needing upgrades etc. Thank you to this great staff!

Mac Medics assisted me with an Apple Warranty coverage on my Beat Studio Pros. They handled all communication with Apple and we were able to get a new pair of headphones under the warranty. They're the best and most trusted.

I stopped in to MacMedics to see if they could help me open some files on an old CD, since I didn't have an external drive to do so on my laptop. They pulled out a laptop for me to use onsite and checked the CD on another computer to make sure I wasn't missing something, all free of charge! I've come in many times over the years for help with various laptops, either to clear out viruses or set up new computers and they have always given great advice and answered all my questions. They are extremely knowledgeable and so helpful! I would highly recommend them!!

MacMedics has always been there for me, through the pandemic and after. I just stopped in to see if they could help me swap out a SIM card in a cracked screen phone to another phone. I fully expected there to be a charge (albeit small) for this service, but surprisingly, No Charge!!! The customer advice gal helped me quickly & cheerfully. They are also helping me by recycling the old phone! Thanks ? ?

Tory gets five stars for her EXTRAORDINARY customer service today! We've always been so happy getting our computers, tablets, etc. fixed here. So fantastic to not have to trek all the way down to the mall to get service. And I'm so glad to know that I can also order my Macs through MacMedics now too! My life just got a whole lot simpler.

Mac medic exemplifies customer service. This has been my go to place for computer issues for years and they have fixed virtually every issue. In addition they have provided excellent advice without charge. The staff at Mac Medic are pros with deep knowledge of Apple products. They also keep tabs on deals and discounts, saving me hundreds of dollars. Whenever I enter the store I feel relief. I know and trust the staff. I see their commitment to quality work. Most recently they rescued my kid’s photos from a nearly destroyed computer. I really can’t say enough good things about them.
