Alesia provided me an outstanding customer service. On my request, she called me quickly. She explained me the claim process as well as its impact on future premium rates in a great detail. She answered all my questions in detail. She listened me with patience. She was very courteous to me. She also offered to contact her if I had any new questions or need more information.

Gary Starkey of Lee Talbot - State Farm Insurance Agent performed his duties exceeding the expectation and went above and beyond in providing us guidance, information, insurance options for our new home and auto insurance. No, he didn't give us lowest rate possible but he provided us with all the options State Farm has to offer and helped us decide what we will include in our insurance coverages. I reported an inaccurate odometer reading that resulted in an increase in my premium. Brittany at the agency went out of her way to get this corrected that resulted in a significant refund. Her dedicationt to outstanding customer service is most appreciated.

I’m very pleased since being with Lee Talbot insurance through State Farm. I have all my vehicles insured as well as my home. I recently bought another car and Gary made the process of insuring that vehicle very easy and I got temp cards and binder info within minutes. I’d recommend Lee Talbot State Farm to anyone looking for affordable rates and great customer service. Gary is diligent and easy to work with. A very helpful agent!
