During my recent visit to the Kohl's store in Severna Park, I had mixed feelings about my experience. While I appreciated the cleanliness and organization of the store, as well as the helpfulness of the staff, there were a couple of aspects that left me feeling a bit disappointed.
One issue I encountered was with the self-checkout option. I personally am not a fan of self-checkout and prefer to have a cashier assist me with my purchases. I found the self-checkout process to be a bit confusing and time-consuming, which detracted from my overall shopping experience.
Additionally, I was not a fan of the way Kohl's seemed to market small, inexpensive items around the checkout area. It felt like a tactic to entice customers to make impulse purchases, and I personally found it to be a bit manipulative. I prefer a more straightforward shopping experience without feeling pressured to buy additional items.
Overall, while I appreciate the positives of my visit to Kohl's, these couple of aspects left me feeling a bit uneasy. I hope to see improvements in the future to ensure a more enjoyable shopping experience for all customers.

This store is very clean, organized and has clearly marked departments. The associates are very friendly and helpful. The lines move quickly and the checkout associates are aware of coupons available and Kohl’s cash you may want to use.

Jaza is phenomenal! She went above and beyond the call of duty regarding customer service. She also called me back because we got disconnected. She found the shoes I needed and is amazing!!!!!!!

I hadn’t been to Kohl’s for a long time and I can’t believe how things have changed. With only one checkout now, I waited behind 11 people. This was today (Monday), not a weekend or a holiday. The cashiers were excellent but it took almost an hour. I was returning some items otherwise I would have left without buying anything. Yes, they have good deals but where’s the customer service?

I went to the Kohls in Severna Park, Md., and was greeted as soon as I walked inside of the store. I did have to wait in the line long and the associate was very pleasant.
