I recently visited Image Creators for hairstyling and makeup for an event. The final look was incredibly impressive.
Karen did an amazing job with my hair! She listened to what I wanted and delivered beyond my expectations. My hair looked fantastic, and I’ve received many compliments. Highly recommend!

Been there before as a walk in was no problem. they were closing in1-1/2 hrs. Too much time to fill out the appt process on line. I called and was told they didn't have anyone or barbers to cut men's hair. So I replied that a Beautician couldn't cut men's hair. She hesitated a bit then said they didn't have anymore open appts, yea right. So went to sports clips they did a great job plus hot facial and massage for 1/2 the cost. Sorry lost a customer and a nice tip.

Hair consultation followed by a haircut. I had not had a cut in months, due to a terrible previous cut at a different salon.
Ray was patient and gave me options and explanations. The cut ended up being perfect.
My hair had new life and totally perked me up. Highly recommend her! ❤️

Tried this place strictly based on Severna Park Voice's best of list.
Don't be deceived by the strip mall facade, this is a huge place once you step inside. Decor is very new and contemporary, but still warm and inviting.
Immediately to your right is a makeup station, behind that are the hair styling and coloring stations. Following around is the counter and seating area. Beyond that is the nail salon and off to side is the spa.
I got my wife a mani and pedi, the Signature option for each to pamper her a bit more. She thoroughly enjoyed the experience and upgraded to a gel nail procedure. She loved Sandi abd learned a lot from her about nail care, gel vs polish, etc. I also had her get a chair neck and shoulder massage that she loved and it only cost $5!
While she was getting pampered, I treated myself to a massage because...well, why the hell not! I was taken into the dimly lit spa to relax a bit with a lightly flavored water before being led to a private room. Manijeh was my massage therapist and instantly made me feel comfortable. She genuinely wanted to know my condition and areas of concern to come up with a treatment plan. Shortly after she left the room allowing me ample time to disrobe and get situated. I'm a talker so we talked through the whole massage. She wore gloves which was a first for me but completely understandable as she was dealing with an allergic reaction to something. She was very friendly, informative and engaging. The table had a heating pad so the gentle warmth aided in my relaxation. We worked out a future plan to help my tension and pain to which I can adhere. Afterwards she offered me a towel if I wanted to use the available showers. I declined only because we had to go home afterwards anyway and I could shower there.
All in all a great experience. My wife ended up going back the next week for an all over coloring and is going back again tomorrow for another mani/pedi.
While it was a costly bill with tips, it was still on par with other spa salons. Definitely a great place to get pampered (even guys!) and a place that we'll certainly revisit in the future.

Actually this is his wife Susan. Monique gave me an excellent cut and blow dry. I explained the length and showed her a picture of the style and walked out a happy satisfied customer.

I've been going to Image Creators for cut and highlights for the past few years. They do a good job, however I consistently had to wait about 10 minutes past my appointment time before I was seen. It was annoying but I tolerated it because they did a good job with my hair. This weekend I arrived for my appointment 5 minutes early, still wasn't seen 20 minutes past my appointment time. I checked with the front desk and they said the stylist was just finishing up. They offered to reschedule but did not apologize for me having to wait. I said I would wait but would just do cut and not color. Waited another 10 minutes and still hadn't been seen so I just left. I got a call from them 40 minutes past my appointment time probably wondering where I was but at that point, why would I want to do business with you? If they were that far behind they should have called me before I got there to let me know and I would have been fine with that. Just letting me wait was rude and disrespectful if my time.

I give Cindy a 10/10! She educated me on my hair while I was showing her photos of what I wanted. She was very thorough with the dynamics of my hair/length and what to do for a cut. She did a phenomenal job on my cut and style. She also educated me on how to style it and what type of brush to use. I will be going back to her again. Thank you!

The staff here is great! From the front desk to the trained hair stylists and barbers! I’ve always walked in not worrying who I will meet because everyone and image creator will give you their time and patience until you have the hair cut you want. They are also great at translating my horrible description of how I want my hair.

Paid for full highlights , but when I got home I saw lots of dark hair under! When i ask my hairdresser what can we do she told me to make partial highlights! Why did I pay full at the first appointment then? Not going back, sorry.

Excellent, friendly and very knowledgeable service. Trish is EXCELLENT and Rayna gives really good scalp massage with shampoo.
