I currently do not have insurance (it will start on April 1st) and was told that Harris Teeter pharmacy policy is no Controlled 2 prescriptions (in this case my Adderall) cannot be filled without insurance. I've not heard of anything like this before, and my provider only wants me to use this particular pharmacy. I understand that store policy is store policy, but to "discriminate" (I use the term loosely) against a patient because they do not have insurance is ridiculous. Has anyone else had this issue in the past? Other than that, they've been wonderful to deal with, and their prescription prices are some of the lowest around with either their discount card or SIngle Care.

They claim to have a cheese department. I can see it just can't get the help to cut the cheese into portions you can buy. Manager behind counter, no other customers in sight but she says to come back in 20 minutes. Nothing but excuses. for all the time it took her to give excuses she could of better spent that time completing my order.

I am officially done with this deli. Every time I use the order ahead app for deli meat it's a failure. Today I waited 50+ minutes in the store for sliced Turkey- after I had already ordered ahead. do better.

I had some sushi from there, and it was pretty good. I think that I like Fresh Market's sushi a little better. I had a horrible crabcake from there. It was full of filler, and it had spicy red peppers in it. It wasn't good. I don't recommend them. I think that I might stick with Fresh Market, and it's closer to home.

Horrendous experience with this store and pharmacy. I’ve call multiple times and all the phones are down. The pharmacy has refused to refill my prescription after countless prescriptions and calls from my doctor allowing it to be filled same day yet it’s been a week. Can’t even call to get my prescription transferred to another pharmacy. Extremely rude. Cannot stand any of these lazy workers. Do not go here to store or pharmacy. Literal nightmare.

The Pharmacist Saima is very rude to elderly patients. I have witnessed her being inpatient and dismissive to an elderly customer. She has been rude to me as well. I'm no longer using them to fill my prescriptions. When they first opened, they had a great team, but since she came on board, it's trash.

Customer service at the deli and cash register was just ok. They are a bit pricey. Customer service at the pharmacy was incredible. Sue and her assistant tonight went the extra mile for me when filling my wife's prescription and making sure my insurance card went through etc...

What an amazing shopping experience! From the person who thoroughly wiped my cart with disinfectant, the deli person and then the cashier; this store has superior customer service than any other grocery store in the area. The prices are also very comparable with the local Walmart and Aldi. The store was clean and I found everything I needed! Would highly recommend this grocery store for those of you that live in the Pasadena/Severna Park area.

This is where I do my primary grocery shopping. Although some items are priced a little higher than you'd find at larger stores such as Walmart, it is worth it to have better customer service and a cleaner store. My husband cooks a lot of meat on his smoker and always raves about the deals on meat at the butcher counter. The butcher, Donald, is amazingly friendly and accomodating. He recognizes my husband every time he is in and helped him get specific cuts of meat on several occasions. He always likes to hear what and how my husband is cooking next. I have never dealt with any issues with customer service. I have always experienced people going out of their way to offer help and ensure that we found everything we needed. I am signed up for the eVic program which provides additional savings. I recommend their cooked, hot fried chicken, the fresh made pizzas and even the sushi station. Never had an issue with freshness. I have only had to return one item in the past and the process was quick and easy. The sales are usually pretty good and I was able to get rain checks at one point. I recommend Harris Teeter and plan on continuing to use them as my primary grocery store.

I used the call ahead to order 1 whole cold cut at 5:23. The next time for pu was 5:45. I arrived at 5:38 only 1 person being waited on by a girl and the guy Garth was at the sink. Someone pulled my ticket and stuck it on the glass I guess to make the buzzer stop singing. Garth went to make my sandwich but immediately had an attitude and ripped the ticket off really hard. I told him he clearly didn't want to make it so I said I didn't want it. I went to get a manager who then got the pizza girl Mandy to make my sandwich. It was so evident that the blind had something to say to Mandy bc I watched her roll her eyes at whatever verbally transpired. I asked her why she rolled her eyes and she was just silent. The whole time the manager just stood there and never once apologized for any other to say "your order was to be picked up at 5:45" since the the ticket was just sitting there meant no one felt like making it. I have been a customer way before thus store opened and I even have Harris Teeter credit card. I will not be returning to this store and I will not be using that credit card again. The customer service has really went downhill.

The woman who assisted me had terrible customer service...super unprofessional. Should probably not be trusted with prescription medications

Great pharmacy! Quick to fill and order out of stock scripts

In my experience, this pharmacy seemingly never runs out of stock, and the staff goes out of their way to help with all matters. They're not the closest to me by far, but they're now my #1.

I don't normally shop here because they are pretty pricey but they had a sale on their 8 piece fried or baked chicken buckets. I provide food for the needy and thought that would be a great option since the buckets were only $4.99. I bought 19 buckets but I had to try a piece before I served them and the chicken was very good. It was crispy and moist and a big hit at the outreach so hopefully they will run their sale again soon.
