This is probably one of the only liquor stores in the area that do not sell Ciroc, I'm not sure what that is about but avoid this place if you can. They won't even offer to order bottles for you. Sometimes I walk in there and nobody speaks or acknowledges my presence.Dawson's is better as well as Magothy.

Really disappointed. I went here to grab a case of Bud Light Seltzers. I couldn't find them anywhere and thought, "surely they can't be out?" (They had every other Budweiser beer in stock.) I asked the man at the counter and he says, "Yep, we're out..." I said, "What is that about?" He says, Budweiser.....No apology. No offering to help me find an alternative or substitute. It was apparent they could care less about customer happiness.

Sad to have to talk bad about a good store but... They refuse to bring in anything requested by customers. I have asked many times for them to carry a product for me and they just won't do it. They argue that they may get "stuck with it" if I don't buy it. But I am a regular. And they are being short sighted. Dawsons is right down the road. I go there now. Better store. Better customer service.

This place would be great if it hired employees with some CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS and some decent personality. Used to spend all my drink $$ here because its right down the road. But due to the Employees here that mostly don't even acknowledge your existence in the store and the woman at the counter is always rude if she even speaks at all. Ill spend my $$ elsewhere where they actually care about their customer service.
