Bought a ps5 controller here a couple months ago and purchased the GameStop warranty, controller stopped working. Went to return and was told per the new policy I can only get a new one if they don’t have refurbished ones in stock. BUT another location 30 minutes away was out of used controllers and I could pick up a new one there… even though they had brand new ones 3 feet away. I’m DONE with GameStop. Employees were nice. They are a scam

Great gamestop! The associates are always helpful but never annoying. You can spend quite a bit of time browsing and not get bothered much past the initial hello. Everytime I've asked questions they've seemed knowledgeable but even when they haven't had an answer they've went above and beyond to find the answer for me. Really appreciate that about this store.

Amazing store. Very helpful staff. The store only charges 5 bucks down payment for pre-orders on upcoming 60 dollar games. They have some third party Nintendo Switch pro controllers but they also still had official Nintendo Switch pro controllers in stock last time I visited, which was great. I'll be back to pick up my next pre-order!

The place was empty but the person working there never once acknowledged me or my kids, or asked if we needed help. He was probably just having a bad day, but regardless, it was giving off a weird vibe so we left after looking through the games.

Our local Gamestop is the best! Super friendly staff, great deals and their stock is pretty on point. We have 2 hellions (3 and 8) and the staff is always so patient and kind when my 8 year old wants to talk Pokemon. We love them!
