A few years ago, I left a negative review regarding the CVS pharmacy, at this location. However, I am happy to report that the pharmacy has made significant improvements since then. A lot of matters can be handled without having to speak directly to a pharmacist. I especially like the text notifications that I get to let me know when a medication is ready. I thank management for listening to the negative feedback from customers and turning them into positive changes.

Today, finishing work, my boyfriend and I decided to go buy several things at this pharmacy that we needed and they have accused us of stealing, we are not that type of people and we do not have that need, a worker from that place has decided to mistreat us very unpleasantly. and defame words that are not true, I hope you become aware of how you treat customers who go to that pharmacy to make their necessary purchases.

Terrible!!They have bathrobe on sale on tags!!When you pay they say regular price no on sale!!Tell you come back next time manger can do price adjustment!When I come back talk to manger she say no!!!They want waste your time and play game with you!

Piss poor service. Why send me to another pharmacy to find out you can fill the prescription…long lines understaffed.

Would rate -0 if possibleWorst pharmacy ever. Pharmacy attendant at drive thru is rude and a liar. She asked if I needed the prescription
"today", this was for a child that could not stop throwing up. Then she told me that they were out of stock, while at other CVS they had informed me that they had the prescription already filled. She said that if I wanted to get the medicine I needed to buy it at another pharmacy because they do not carry it. Then she shut the window. I came to buy the medicine at another CVS using paper prescription and they were able to fill it. She never bothered to offer a solution and she lacks empathy. This store is in urgent need for better management as I have been avoiding to have any refills at this location because there are always issues at this location.

I left 28 Magothy Beach absolutely a Disaster!! I've been at Severna Park CVS And it Bern Completely 100 % Great Experience..
Windows always open they answer pretty well by phone ...I'm very satisfied with this location I would never suspect that this posted rating reflects the Good Hard Work from the Pharmacy Dept here !!!

It’s the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been too! You call to refill on automated line, and set time to pick up. Then you go to pick it up, and they tell you to come back in 20-minutes? Every single time for almost a year! Now they closed down drive through, and make you walk inside, Just to go through the extra 20-minutes you add to the already frustrating and inconvenient experience! This CVS seriously need more capable employees, and the better pharmaceutical staff! I’m going through cancer treatments (radiation…) work full time, and in No way do I have the extra time to endure this every time I need my prescriptions filled! Get it together CVS! Unacceptable!

They don't answer the phone, they don't refill your prescriptions ahead of time. They're very late with their time estimates when you do go in person to get the prescription filled. Less than acceptable customer service.

They are 100% liars I think they like to make ppl suffer my wife has been told for days her medication has been ordered only to find out after 2 days it was all a lie and it can’t even be ordered without pre authorization so you can best believe we got ppl to talk to about this and the lies and the deception smh
