I walked in and got glares from the couch. I couldn't tell who worked there and who didn't as I wasn't greeted or asked if I needed help. Someone eventually went behind the counter and began eating pizza. I asked if they had a certain brand of cigars in which he replied no. Didn't offer to show me any other similar cigars and when I asked about ordering them told me I couldn't.

Strolled in after work wearing uniform. A group of welcoming cigar smoking folks warmly invited me to sit down. With good natured humor I was invited to share a good story. It was a nice welcome, especially as a lady cigar smoker. Plus the staff answered my questions very well about any cigar recommendations. Great selection in the humidor as well!

I used to come here for all of my cigar needs until last week, I bought 6 cigars to go on a trip with and only 3 of them were smokable the other 3 crumbled like dust as soon as you touched them. it's unfortunate that when I was able to get back to the store to say something, I was greeted with a snarky unapologetic remark of they weren't bad it was just your pallete even though I showed pictures of said cigars. but instead of getting angry I thought to myself maybe I was wrong so I bought a nub Connecticut blend to enjoy, and wouldn't you know it same thing.

Seth and everyone else who works here make every visit enjoyable and friendly. Cigar selection is amazing for such a small shop, and Seth does this thing no one else does: he sets size special cigars and ages them for years before putting them on the shelf, so there's always something new to try. One of I think two maybe three places that has illusione cigars, he's always got some tatuajes on hand, and of course he does carry opus x and God of fire.Been going to broadleaf for 8 years now and never ever had an issue.Great selection, great prices, but most importantly: great people.
