We purchased a gas fireplace to replace a regular fireplace we'd been using for almost 30 years. I found Billy's sales and service to be top-notch. They showed up on time for the installation and went about the installation in an efficient and professional manner. The chimney needed a new cap and they fabricated a temporary on the spot and returned a week later with a permanent cap. Our flame height was not modulating and Billy's replaced a part and now it works perfectly. What I really liked about their service is that they were able to to the replacement without me having to remove the entire hearth. I had reservations about switching to gas (I've been splitting firewood for 45 years) but could not be happier--both with the product and with Billy's.

We purchased 2 fireplace screens from Billy's and had a fantastic experience. One of our fireplaces is a rather unusual size, and they were able to custom order screens to fit perfectly. We wanted to make sure our puppy, who we were going to be getting soon, didn't end up going into the gas fireplace.Morgan was great to work with- she was so personable and responsive, double checked everything to make sure our order was exactly what we wanted. Our fireplace screens are perfect- functional, unobtrusive, and timeless!There was an issue with our order, and although it wasn't really their fault, they took full responsibility and made sure it was remedied as soon as possible and that we would get our screen before we got our new puppy! Their responsibility and dedication to resolving the issue was very professional and appreciated!We know if we ever need anything else for our fireplace we'll come to Billy's, and we recommend them to anyone needing fireplace work!

Amazing Service! I thought I may need to buy a new pellet stove, but they cleaned and repaired my stove, and it is now working like new. They saved me a lot of money. I am enjoying it now as I write this review.

We were excited to have business with them, and get a nice fancy fire screen, but they outsource their service company, and the service company (Stoves LLC) failed to come out to our house. They drove through our court and then claimed they could not find our house and left, even after I saw their van drive-by. We had to takeoff work to make sure someone was home for this appointment. and we had to wait almost a month to get this appointment. When I called them they did not seem to care and said we will have our scheduler call you back, that person never did. They just lost out on a three grand fire screen sale that we were so excited about purchasing.

I was treated with the upmost respect. They showed me what they had to offer that was in my price range. I plan to shop there again. Kim has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. I realized I didn't much at all after speaking with her about what I wanted. I'm glad I chose to go there.

I had the pleasure of working with Kim on finding a fireplace for my home that is being built out of state. Of course, with Covid, everything is in short supply. We needed the fireplace in TN but they were not able to get one for many months. I called this store which is down the street from where I currently live. I asked kim is she had a particular unit that I could purchase. She did, and she very graciously arranged to get it where it needed to be. There was no financial gain for this shop, but she said she just wanted to do the right thing and make a customer happy. After hearing "no" and experiencing little or no customer service throughout the pandemic, it was so nice to be treated kindly. I just can't thank Billy's enough. Good karma coming' backacha! Thank you Kim!!!!

My Wife and I stopped in to Look at Gas and Electric Fireplaces. We were Greated by Kim the owner. She was very nice and extremely Knowledgeable. We decided on a Electric Fireplace. The price was much less than we expected. We love our new Fireplace. We highly recommend them Price and Service was Exceptional !
