Reseal of right tire of tahoe was done expertly
Thanks. I had my van oil changed and rotate the tires. Try and keep up. The Tahoe was three weeks ago. The work on the van was excellent. Try and fix your computer. I have two vehicles. A van and a truck. Your system states I have three vehicles with the van having both the van tags and truck tags. Please fix computer.

Well, my only complaint is that if you dont do engine repairs why allow me to bring in a vehicle that has a vacuum leak which falls under engine repairs. I gave the code i was getting from the obey scanner before i made appointment and was told to bring it in. Then at end of the day told at that point you dont do engine work? Why

Was a terrific experience getting a tire rotation there recently, all the guys there were extremely attentive and kind, “outstanding customer service at its finest.” I even got a text after the work was done as a follow-up. I’m impressed and plan on returning to this location in the future for car issues ?

Selected Tire Rack installer, and I'm very pleased with the quality of the mounting and balancing (price too!) work. Also got an alignment and I believe that work was also exceptionally well done. Highly recommended.

I was extremely impressed with the service I received here. I was very pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail, they even left my seat in the same position. The floor of my car was clean. Not to mention, the repair worked (a/c recharge) and I was charged a very fair price. I would definitely choose them again.

I've done a good amount of business with Bay Area in Severna Park. I've had all 5 cars here and they do good work. Today prompted me to write a review. I dropped my SUV off Friday night for a Saturday service. I got a call at 12:30p that the car was done but my new baby was sleeping so I couldn't come right away. Now, this is partly my fault for not looking at the hours of operation, they close at 3p and I didn't get there until 3:40p and saw my SUV in a garage bay.
Clearly a little disappointed, I wrote an email to the "contact us" on the website with the expectation of running my wife up to pick the car up Monday. I got a call around 8:30p at night from a "Tim" who said he was the Key Master or the Gate Keeper. He said he could meet me at the shop in 20 minutes to square me away. Went, picked up my SUV and was on my way.
This is above and beyond service that I did not expect and for one of the employees to leave home to let me get my car...... Amazing.

Dropped the car off at 9 am for a flat tire, no calls back, had to call again at 4 pm and was told will get to it when we can. Received a call back 10 min later saying the tire cant be patched. Asked for a temp solution to drive the car until tire will be changed, no solution offered. I understand the liability issue but to keep a car the whole day, then say sorry we cant do anything about it, is disappointing. Will look for another shop that doesn't have to sell tires instead of patching or plug them.
