Pumped $40worth of gas and went in to use the restroom and was told they didn't have one. It was a dirty station so I guess I’m glad they didn't.

I go here with friends to get cheap snacks that I can bring to hang outs. Always a quick in and out trip to get what I need. Staff is very kind and help me if I need it.

Chill 7-11 and the staff are nice. I've been told before about promotions I didn't even know existed. The place is kept up pretty well too.

Be careful when you fill your tank. Look at the prices when you hit that regular or mid or premium button. Do the math once it's done. I choose the regular price and they charged me with the mid grade price. Went and talk with the clerk and he says nothing he can do since gas already in my car. Said he'll talk to manager tomorrow. I NEVER chose mid grade for my car and it's charging me mid grade price. I know what I chose and it's regular gas. Be careful here. Don't let them get away with cheating you, even if couple dollar extra.

Isn't this location kinda new? Just left there and every surface was sticky and disgusting. I used to love stopping here when it first opened when I used to live nearby, what happened??? Stopped for gas and coffee around 11pm on a Friday night and there is, understandably, not much coffee, but when the cappuccino machine spit out only hot water an associate came over and asked, "what do you want?", and when I said the machine was only giving hot water he lifted the hood where the powder goes and said, "it works". No, it only spit out half a cup of clear hot water. Again, he said, "it's good". Okayyyyy so I got some coffee instead, no big deal. Got something sticky on my hand and there was nary a napkin to be found in any dispenser on any beverage bay. Had to use an ice cube from the overflowing grate at the fountain drink dispenser to rinse my hands. There was a truck so maybe he was busy with that, but it's nearly midnight on a Friday I know none of this mess is fresh. Man, I worked at the E College Pkwy 711 as a teen and there's no way any of that filth would fly there. Guy at the register was pleasant. Every single hand sanitizer pump is missing from the gas pumps and the parking lot was gross.

I was driving for Doordash on 1/21/2023. I had to pick up for this 7-Eleven location at about 8:30 p.m. I was unable to get any help from the clerk. First when I entered, and tried to call him over to the register, he just looked from a distance without acknowledging me. When he finally came over to the register I showed him the Doordash order. He told me there wasn't any. I showed him the app led me to his establishment, but was again told there was no order. There was an alarm going off that I believe was signaling the Doordash order, but he again said there was no order. I told him to check the alarm and was told he didn't know the system. I asked if there was another associate I could speak with, and was told no. I asked if he could call someone, and was told no. I asked if there was a manager he could contact, he said the manager would be in at 6 am. I asked if he could call the manager to walk him through the system, he said he didn't know the system. I said if he called his manager he could tell him how to do so, but he once again said no. I was forced to have Doordash cancel the customers order. I understand a new associate may not know all the systems, but feel he should have been willing to try.Replying from your reply. How could my recent review make your day? You should be upset at how I was treated! you should make the effort to properly train your new employees. At least giving them an option to contact someone for support. Did you even read my review? You said you hope to edge me to a five-star review, but I gave you a 1-star. I believe that would be quite a bit of edging. Obviously to me you don't care. In the future you should read the reviews before you answer ?
