Woodforest bank Severn Maryland branch is the best of the best branches that I have ever visited.
We had the assistance from the Branch Manager Meena. She’s all attention to details and all about customer service. She explained everything very carefully. Amazing place to open a checking account for seniors and great benefits.
The assistance of Cathy was amazing.

I've never had any issues dealing with this bank it's pretty flat out and simple. The workers I've interacted with are nice and friendly and it's in a nice environment and as an added bonus this bank is open on Sunday's.

I can finally update my review. After a short incident with the physical ATM machine my issue is now resolved with a perfect result. Great customer service from all the employees without any need to go outside the branch for assistance. I really have never had any problems which include fraud in the past with my card, even my wallet stolen at Wal-Mart they resolved without any issues to getting a new card and setting it up. Now after the ATM incident I really have no need to leave or think of another company for banking services. I appreciate their work their knowledge and their professional working abilities with me. Thumbs up to all staff and thumbs up for your hard work. ? I do appreciate your work thanks again to management and staff

I have been with this bank over 6 years, but today was enough! I got off work rushed to the branch in Glen Burnie Walmart off George Clauss Blvd I needed to make a large deposit to cover something.WHen I walked up to tge bank it was 5pm on the dot & a young lady was sitting there talking with another lady & she said mam we are not servicing anyone at this time you can use the ATM! I immediately stated your webpage clearly states open till 6pm & again she just shrugged her shoulders and repeated herself! I said well I will be closing my account as soon as I get a day off and another bank & all she said was " that's fine" !!!!! Really , I guess you pay her to just sit there than??? I will have over 7k in that bank & I will be taking it all out, I do not want to deal with such non service ever again!!!!

Customer service started off great when I first became a member ..Today I was very dissatisfied with the customer service I received ... asked about the $10.95 service fee I was charged instead of $8.95 I’ve been a member for a while and always had direct deposit until a month ago because I’m between jobs and my direct deposit hasn’t kicked in .. never offered to assist me with other that charge , and when I made the comment I would close my account the Teller responded OK! Really !!! Aren’t the customers the reason you have a job !!!I would never recommend this Bank !!!!

Most of the clerks are good. That's really all it has going for it. They withhold your pay for no reason. Even though they say you get your money same day. Their general customer service is awful. Filled with attitude. I'll be going elsewhere when they finally give me MY money.

Very freindly customer service . Clean new look to there branch . I really like now there machines let you take out to the $1 amount keeps me better on track if i dont need $10 or $20 . I can only atest to my visits but i really like there staff and would recommend there branch to any new customer . Ms. Mixxi Jones-Fair she was very helpful very polite very honest .
