“I have been taking my vehicles to Omega Auto Werks for ten years. I have always found them to be professional, courteous and honest. Because of this I will take the one hour drive to have everything from routine maintenance to major service performed on my vehicles. Julio and the entire crew know cars. The labor rates are more than fair and they warranty everything that they install. I had a set brand new factory shocks installed which failed due to defect. Omega installed an upgraded set of bilstein shocks at no cost to me. I will continue to use and recommend them to others.”
“I originally picked Precise because they are an approved Carvana warranty provider. I was really happy working with them on that claim, so I brought my vehicle back for the 60k mile service and asked them to look the car over. Dan and the team are really great to work with. Unlike most shops, they are fast to communicate via email or phone, they send pics of all the work that needs to be done or is proposed showing an indication of why they think it needs to be done, and showing the work before and after. They propose the work that really needs to be done and do it the right way. I will certainly be using this shop for my future needs.”
“Got into an accident on a Friday around 1pm, the other party said that she would pay out of pocket. I called Glen Burnie Autobody and said I could come in anytime for an estimate! I arrived and was greeted by a nice gentleman, Ted. He did my estimate in less than 20 minutes, I sent over the estimate to the other party and paid for and dropped the car off the next week. Ted gave me an estimated 10 days, it actually finished a day early which was a plus. Car looks like nothing happened to it!”
“Alloy wheel repair is the absolute place to go. I called them and they were quick to answer all of my questions & explain well for me to understand bc this was my first time ever cracking a rim. Come to find out my rim was an off market / not a factory rim. So it was not fixable. I bought a new rim and tire, when it came in they took me immediately and put everything together in under 25 minutes. I will definitely always come back here for any rim needs. They are the absolute best!”

“On 8 July (Friday), current assessment 5 stars; I requested an appointment for an RV front-end alignment over the phone. I was told that they could do the job as a first come first serve base and if I could get the RV in the booth the male voice on the other end was friendly and attentive. I dropped by the shop to verify the fitment of the RV in the booth the gentleman at the front desk was very helpful and attentive actually showing me the path the RV had to negotiate into the booth. The engagement went very well communication and understanding were very helpful. I may request the replacement of my rear shocks (Koni are new in the box) also.(Monday) 0715, current assessment 5 stars; I went to the front desk reminded the gentleman of the Friday conversation, and added the rear shock replacement. The gentleman said that will be 24 hours for the shocks I said that's fine we did the admin paperwork and he took the keys nothing of note very standard interaction.(Tuesday) 0845, Current assessment 5 stars. I received a phone call that the RV shocks were installed but the RV needs new kingpins to do the alignment. I will pick up the RV and bring it to the normal mechanic (B&G services) due to the Kingpins being replaced in April of last year (with maybe 4000 miles on them) for inspection and replacement then back for alignment. The staff at the facility were very helpful of note they advised me that the kingpin must be greased all the time (pretty adamant about this?). (Update to follow)”
