“My two puppies, Lime and Lulu, always visit Dr. Holden. All staff adore our babies and take a good care of them. Dr. Holden is very professional and took a very good care of them. Our dogs got neutered and fixed by Dr. Holden and recovered very well. They love visiting the vet and always get yummy treats. Lime and Lulu will always go to Severn Square Vet. :)”
“Abby is a very anxious 12 year old Beagle mix who has been seeing Dr. Ruth on most visits. She is always very thorough in her exams and conscientious about Abby's anxiety. The vet tech Michael was friendly and gentle with Abby as well. I have never in 12 years had a bad experience at Veterinary Housecall Service. Keep up the great work!!”
“My family had been taking dogs and cats to this vet my entire life, although all of our original vets have retired I still am getting exceptional service for my current animals and am planning on continuing to go back for any future pets as well! It’s always a clean, comfortable and friendly environment. They handle the saddest of appointments with empathy and make your pet feel as
comfortable as it can be. I definitely recommend this vet, it can be a bit pricey in some departments but its worth it for the level of care and comfort my pets have gotten here vs any other vet!”

“Today I thought I was going to have to put my 20yr old cat Angel I inherited from my mother to sleep because she was very sick. My dog Bodi is already a very happy patient of Bay Country and they treat him like a big baby, he loves going for visits! So I called about my cat and they got her in immediately and came to the conclusion she has a bladder infection and could be treated and would be fine. They were SO patient and understanding and loving with her and it was a lot cheaper than I thought it would be. She is a pretty feisty cat so I was worried how she'd let them treat her and she melted in their arms not even budging when she got a needle. Bay Country saved my dog Bodi from losing his best friend today and saved our family from a lot of heartache. We cannot thank them enough!! We will never go to any other vet as long as Bay Country is in business!!??????”
“Highly recommend this vet clinic. We could not be more pleased with the extraordinary service our three dogs have received from Dunloggin over the years.
While each of the vets we’ve seen at Dunloggin deliver effective, compassionate care - we mainly see Dr. Holland. She’s caring, kind, and deeply experienced. We never feel rushed during visits and Dr. Holland takes time to answer all our questions.
The front desk staff and Vet Techs are also terrific. Clean, well-run clinic.”
“Our Family can't say enough good things about everyone at FRVH. The staff are kind and competent, the Doctors are amazing. Our Rocky was always welcomed by everyone and received excellent care over the years. When the time came to say goodbye to our pup, it felt like we were with family.They were so kind and thoughtful. The next day they sent us a beautiful white rose in memory of Rocky. It was so nice to know they were thinking of us. I would highly recommend them to anyone who wants excellent care, customer service and a family environment.”
“Everhart is a great and reliable vet. Everhart was the primary vet for our two Akitas for a few years (only switched vets because we moved to the county). Always had a good experience and were always able to get a vet to talk to us or see our pups when we had a question or concern. The only time we had an issue was when another vet gave us a conflicting diagnosis on one of our Akitas. Dr. Menafee handled the situation super professionally, redid x-rays free of charge, and spent a lot of time going over the details of the diagnosis. In the end, we felt completely reassured with Dr. Menafee’s views. I also appreciated that Everhart vets represent a broad range of specialization and expertise, so that no matter what problem you have, there is likely someone on staff who will be able to provide educated input. Wholeheartedly recommend this vet!”
“Really professional and easy process. Kept me in the loop while my 5lb dog was spayed, which helped ease my anxiety. I dropped her off at 7:30am and was out the door with her by noon. They provide really clear and attentive post-op instructions, and she’s healed really nicely since the operation.
I was able to get an appointment within two weeks, and was happy with the price after being quoted $1200+ in NoVa. Great experience all around and would recommend to others.”
“Dr. Wolf, Bess, Laurie, and the rest of the team were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! ♥️ We brought our cat to VCA due to an illness that needed urgent attention/treatment and they got us in the very next morning on a Saturday (even though we had never been here before and I called them late Friday evening). They also worked with us on the finacial side and we were able to get our cat the medications she desperately needed to get back to her healthy, happy self! She's back to doing all the things-- lounging, basking in the sun, eating, purring, and licking her plastic bags! THANKS VCA of Columbia!!! ?”

“I can't recommend this place enough. My dog, Dorothy, has severe separation anxiety, and she hated my transition from remote grad student to working in-person. I tried a million things to help her before landing on doggy daycare. Downtown Dog Resort was such a lifesaver. Dorothy LOVES the staff here, and they all go out of their way to let me know she's in good hands. She is just as excited to see them as she is to come home to me, which is unbelievable for a dog who, one year ago, refused to let anyone else walk her besides me.The peace of mind Downtown Dog Resort has given me is priceless- I wish I could give you all more than five stars. “I can’t possibly say enough wonderful things about this place! It’s at least a 45 min drive from where we live, but we’ll never go anywhere else. Our dog just had her second surgery there and although we missed her dearly that night, we slept fine knowing she was in the very best hands. They call frequently to give updates (the surgeon even called before and after surgery to tell us how she was doing!!) The rest of the staff is equally amazing and you can call anytime for questions, concerns, or just to see how your pet is doing! Our rescue doggy (Angel) means the world to us, and I promise I wouldn’t write such a long message if they were just mediocre. They are, in fact, the best!”

“Alpha Vet Center is the best! We have a Jindo rescued from a Korean dog meat farm. Because of his past, he is very shy and terrified of people, through no fault of his own. The doctors suggested a combo of meds that would relax our dog, and we gave them to him before our appointment. Our vet visit was the most positive experience ever! Dr. Burton and techs were wonderful and very gentle with him. They made our dog feel at ease and comfortable. He even took treats from them which he has never done with strangers. The exam was a success, and we are very pleased. As a former vet receptionist and retired groomer, I cannot say enough good things about this practice. If you need a quality vet hospital with a caring compassionate team, this is the one to go to. You won't be disappointed. We are very happy with them and so is our doggy :)”

First visit there what's September 25th we took our cats and a week later we had to get them rechecked and also brought our puppy who is almost 9 months old, Dr A is absolutely amazing and I'm so happy and pleased with the service that we received and I will never trust my animals than anyone else's hands. “My pom went in for his dental. Usually my vet does the cleaning but his k9 was lose, and I was referred there. Dr. Kim was awesome and comforting. She explained everything in detail and why he needed all his teeth remove. She was so sweet to both me and my pom. After the surgery, she sent me pictures of before, during and after, which I very much appreciate. I also like that they are very thorough with the pre-op. The front desk was very nice. Overall, I had a good experience. For improvement -- with the amount of money you pay, I feel like we all should have a red carpet treatment. As soon as you walk into the place, it says something about if your dog poop/pee, it’s your responsibility to clean up. I think they should have a warmer welcome sign. As a pet parent, I’m nervous as it is. If our dogs poop/pee, help us clean it up especially the amount we’re paying. While we’re holding our babies who could be in pain and nervous, let us just focus on that. My poms never poop and pee in a doctor’s office before, but I feel for other pawrents. Lastly, I do think the price is outrageous. It was almost $5000!”
