I forget her name I'm sorry but she answers the phones and she was so patient I had alot of questions and she explained to me what was what and pricing etc. The towing arrived earlier than expected and managed to get my car to start to move and tow he was very kind and communicated well. After my service and my car was fully repaired with many new services I had got my gear shift stuck. They immediately came to my location and got it right and running in seconds. I was just scared to force anything. I believe this is family owned which I love to support. But regardless I had two separate situations w my husband and father I mentioned while just during our call and she was so sweet to wish my family well wishes on top of her awesome customer service. “They came to my rescue within 15 minutes I was stuck at my job with a dead battery my portable jump start didn't work. The man arrived very professional & prepaired for the Job let me tell you. We tried the first jump start it didn't Work I thought all hope was lost And then The Technician said hold on I'll grab my other one Hooked it up told me to try it now and turn right over man I was so relieve and happy. A co-worker was walking down When we were attempting to start the vehicle And by the time he was walking back up The technician and I will both ready to go Talk about smooth sailing. Also the technician was on call that night left his family to service me at that moment & didnt just say welp we tried & rolled out because I paid already. Lastly this was cheaper than the first 2 RSA companies that was going to take a hour to arrive. They were lighting fast & very professional!”

“I feel they should have taking more time to remove headlight assembly. The Mercedes headlight unbolts easily. They were not knowledgeable in the removal. They decided to just break the bottom mounting off the headlight assembly. I would have rejected the headlamp but it was hard to find. They didn't even offer to adjust the price a little. Fortunately I was able to use the broken part from my existing headlamp. Also they stripped the adjustment threads out of the plastic headlamp by not knowing it unbolts from the underside.”
