“Quick in and out just dropping off returns. Both employees were already helping customers when I walked in, but I was still greeted and told they would be with me shortly. Even as Abby was helping a gentleman, she apologized for the wait, not that she needed to. I was the only other person in line and had only been there a minute or two. I appreciated her attention and awareness of other customers, though. The other employee was helping a lady who seemed a little confused about her sending options, and Abby was able to give her input to help while still working with her own customer. When it was my turn at the register, she again apologized for the wait and thanked me for my patience. Which, again, it was not a long wait at all. My drop off was a very quick and smooth interaction. Abby was polite and respectful, and it is employees like her that keep me always going back to this UPS location whenever it is an option.”

“Amazon returns ? are now directly at the entrance to the left. Not at printing. You will need to wait in a line while the cashier helps the staples customers first. The staples employees aren’t allowed to take an Amazon customer if there are staples customers in line, and there’s only one cashier. Prepare to wait if there’s a line. The guy working was nice and apologized for the wait, it’s just weird that there are multiple employees working at once untasked and only one cashier for both cashier and Amazon returns.”

“FedEx On-Site -- This location is not listed when you search "Fedex" on Google Maps, but this store provides the FedEx service. The nearby Walgreens would not take FedEx packages larger than their cabinet, but this location said "if It fits through the door we will take it". And you can pull up in the loading zone too. Super happy.

“Current: I've received nothing but excellent service from the gentlemen (and, recently, Laila) who work at the Odenton UPS Store. In fact, I bypass another location and drive well out of my way to get there. As a long-time customer, it is a pleasure to know that my UPS-related needs are addressed well and consistently here.
Previous: I patronize the Odenton UPS location, as the customer service is consistently excellent. Today, I had an Amazon return that was in an awkward, heavy-ish box, and Sariyu not only volunteered to pull it out of the backseat but carried it in herself with no problem! I appreciate going to a business where I can be certain that my requests will be handled in a helpful, efficient, and friendly manner. Will return again and recommend to anyone.”

“Great place to go for your boxes and shipping supplies. They have so many different sizes to choose from including odd sizes. They're really reasonably priced with no minimum and very friendly. You can call or email and tell them what sizes you're looking for.”

“We were desperate. We had a palleted container that needed to be shipped to Columbus, OH. We searched everywhere and found no one to help. Craters and Freighters was suggested so I called!!! OMG!!! Customer service blew me away!!! Before I knew it, a pickup was scheduled and right on time, the truck arrived to pickup our crate!! Their service was exemplary!! It arrived in Ohio in perfect condition and sooner than expected!!! I’m sold on Craters and Freighters!!!!”
