AMAZING customer service and expertise! Jennifer helped me. I have been coming to Sephora for years. There are a lot of great stores, and Jennifer made this one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at Sephora!! Everyone at this location is super sweet, knowledgeable and its clear that the team works really well together!

Worst Sephora ever omg the staff are not friendly idk if it’s because I’m black or what but I notice their more friendly to others also they never have nothing I’m looking for they won’t even check to see I hate it there I won’t ever go back

They would get 5 stars but the customer service was trash! No one greeted me when I walked in. I walked around clearly looking like I needed help. No one person said one word to me. These young ladies were too busy in the back chatting. I should have walked out and not bought a thing but I needed what I needed and this place is right up the road from my home. Such a shame the last time I came in they were much more helpful. Let's get it together ladies. Cleanliness is 5 stars and selection is 4 stars. This place is getting two stars for having trash customer service

This Sephora is one of the best that I have been to! I was looking for a perfume for my wife and the two girls Emily and Johana were very helpful. My wife was more than pleased. The store is very clean and organized and the workers are very friendly.

Be very careful with this Sephora and I have gone to buy two times in a row and I have paid cash and the cashiers have always stolen my change at the time I did not realize I just grabbed the receipt because I go with my baby and my baby on both occasions to I've been desperate and to see my baby I just grab the receipt and I don't notice how much change they have given me but it doesn't matter because there wasn't much change plus 15 dollars, the intention of making this comment is so that other people don't Fall for this scam of these cashiers and always check when you pay if you have paid cash and you have to give them the change, check how much change they have given you, even check your cards. I will not trust those cashiers, I am not going to fight for that change that was stolen from me but I would not want it to happen to anyone else. I will never go to this place again. Now I understand why the first time I went shopping when I paid I went out but I kept looking at the products on the outside to see if I was interested in bringing something else and they were going to laugh out loud, of course they knew I had fallen into their thief trap

Today I went to kohls and picked out a pair of 100 dollar shoes .I went to the register and one was open and another lady was about to open I'm standing there digging in my purse for my Kohls card and didn't notice the guy in front of me waiting in line .So the lady opens her register and says next and it was my mistake for not paying attention and I walk up put the shoes on the counter and instead of the cashier saying something like I'm sorry but he was next she looks at me and waves for the guy to come over and she completely Ignores me not even acknowledging me and so I say to the guy I'm sorry I didn't see you and so I move out the way.I stood there a min and put the shoes in the basket and walked out .I called the supervisor and he apologized. My issue is had she acknowledged me and not been so rude I would have been ok .Completely ignorant

Johana reminded me why I stopped going to Sephora and started going to Ulta. Unhelpful judgmental and clearly not happy to work there.

decent stock, clean store - it's also brand new, so that was expected. This location had the most unfriendly employees working on the afternoon of the Friday before labor day. I felt uncomfortable in the store. I wasn't greeted, no "welcome to Sephora," I was just stared at and watched as I made my rounds. These ladies definitely weren't Sephora-like and they would rather have a chat amongst themselves for about 30 mins than greet the only person in their store giving them business.
