For a week me and my partner did some extensive research on our next washer and dryer purchase. We got to this location and spoke with an employee about drawing up the papers to purchase the brand and model we chose only to be met with, “sorry it says there aren’t any so you’re going to have to find a new one” and expressed “sorry we’re just a little thrown off because online it says it’s in stock and we did all this research and don’t really know what to do with ourselves so if you could give us a second”.
So we were able to go through and purchase one online while also expressing to customer service that we were flat out told “no, sorry” while also being told that we can’t have it delivered when we would have liked despite customer service saying tomorrow would not be an issue. After wrapping things up we had to have customer service help us AGAIN to battle a young Caucasian male with a beard working the appliance center who writes in the delivery instruction notes: “del and install for idiot” who started this whole mess.
I’m all for giving kindness and expressing respect so I can give people the benefit of the doubt but to insult a customer online on a company website is on another level. I don’t want to play the gay card since it was two men trying to conduct business but this felt very intentional.

Jacob is that guy, he took his time and explain everything he could to a newbie like me, very friendly, very knowledgeable, very customer service oriented, give him a raise+promotion PLEASE!!!

I come here all the time it’s ridiculous how long I have to wait for a propane exchange like literally it’s every time there’s so many workers talking and walking around but no one can help

I just bought some items and my phone number is in Lowe’s computer for military discount but the smart people at self checkout wouldn’t help me get it. No more lowes. Home Depot is so much easier

We ordered almost $3000 of trek boards, were told the order would arrive May 18th...never got a delivery call so called them..we were told the order was on the truck..2 times...still no trek then told not coming till June 6th...trek came with 4 broken boards...sent back for new boards.....Again no trek...told never re ordered June 8th. But would re order...have called checking...no one ever knows..will always call back but NEVER do....then finally told would arrive June 12....never did...again numerous calls...with numerous run around...one even with store manager who said he would call back..he DID NOT ! Still trying to get the last few boards...in the meantime my front walk way has not been usable sine May!! To say I think Lowes has NO IDEA of customer service would be an understatement...I can understand once but this is ridiculous!!! We will not be looking at Lowes in the future.

This morning I stopped at this Lowe’s to purchase paint to finish a job. I couldn’t remember what I purchased previously. Curtis and Joanne at the Customer Service were the best. I gave them a few details and magically…..a receipt was printed. I then walked over to the paint section and had the privilege of working with Kayla. When I tell you she was so patient, kind, helpful and knowledgable! What an amazing way to start my day. THANK YOU!

Store rep left us in the middle of the transaction because he wanted to work in his own department. Was told several time delivery date was 7/9/24. Called the day before and was told I would get a call between 7pm -10pm regarding drop of time. No call. Called the store in the morning and was told my dishwasher was not even at the store and not on the sch for delivery today. Wasted my time on the forth and today. Just horrible customer service. Tell the guy in paint if didn't want to help then stay in PAINT!

Poor customer service experience at Lowe's Home Improvement at 415 George Clauss Blvd, Severn, MD 21144. Employees in the flooring section were unhelpful and unresponsive despite being asked for assistance. Lack of adequate customer service personnel on the floor was disappointing.
