Scott was patient and let us browse on our own. He was knowledgeable about the different types of recliners and knew the model name of each one without having to check the tags. The delivery date was set a few days after purchase and Oscar and Joaguin were polite and patient while we checked out our chair. They smiled and chatted while showing us the capabilities of the chair. Excellent experience!

Nice sales people, terrible delivery service and the furniture has already broken! Really it's only been 2 years!
I asked the delivery men to remove the foot of my old furniture before taking it out and they didn't want to. As a result the put a hole in my wall and scuffed up my ceiling. Finally I demanded they remove the feet of the old sofa and then they were able to take it out. Before that, they actually gave me a threat of not delivering my new furniture if they couldn't remove the old. Jerks. I am still angry about that. If they would have listened to me I wouldn't have had a new painter to come and repair their lazy boys delivery service.
Not impressed with the sofa. It's comfy but like I said it already broke. How will they repair it? Will they replace it. I doubt it.

We had an amazing experience and our knowledgeable, professional interior designer was charming and an absolute joy to spend time with and helped us pick our recliner. As a couple we do not like to shop and she helped us tremendously and made it pleasant.

My family and I went to purchase a sectional couch yesterday. We were treated with nothing but respect and patience while browsing, asking questions and trying out the different options. During my family's 2.5 hours Jason our sales man was absolutely delightful to work with. Never in my furniture purchasing experience have I ever felt so taken care of and confident that I was getting the best of everything. Thank you again Jason, we'll definitely be back to la-z-boy for many if not all furniture needs.

Jason was great very knowledgeable and was dealing with a small entrance and was able to recommend the sleeper that would fit. I only buy lazy boy the hold up and they stand behind there products.

Easy purchase to make!! I knew what I was looking for. Jason, the salesman, greeted me and hearing my intent to find and buy a chair, left me alone to try chairs, comparing them until I was satisfied with my choice. He offered a small change which I readily accepted and wrote up the sales order. No hurry, no hassle, no undue attention. Easy, easy purchase experience!!
