Went for a inspection. The inspector couldn't drive a stick stalled my car multiple times. He had no idea what brembo breaks were. Tried telling me I had aftermarket breaks on my car. Which it comes stock with brembos. Then said my tie rod was bad and needed replaced wouldn't let me go back there and show a bad tie rod. Complete rip off. I went replaced tie rod came back. They didn't check paperwork or look to see if I fixed the tie rod. Only said I still have tint on so I fail. Had to throw a fit so they would test the tint and see it's the same 37percent they passed me with the week prior. Afterwards they passes me.

Ken and his team have been nothing but helpful every time i've taken my vehicle in. When i was having major issues with 2016 Chevy Cruze, Ken was fair with his prices and certainly worked everything out with me to fit my financial situation. In regards to the comment below about the Dashcam from the other customer, I can assure you there is no way that is true. I have a dash cam myself, and because Maryland is a two-party consent to record state, I advised them of this ahead of time. If the review below is even true, then Ken was fully in his right to remove the dashcam because he was not made aware of this ahead of time. None the less, don't let bots and spam, or someone just trying to knock down a small business, affect your decision when looking for a reputable service place! Ken and his K&L team are completely trustworthy and they will certainly take care of you!Services: General repairs & maintenance

Awesome customer service, and pricing dependable told me my truck would be ready by a certain date and it was. did not try to over sell what was not needed. would recommend Ken and his shop to anyone.

On 12/21/2021 my car was serviced at K&L. They were to replace my A/C compressor ONLY. I picked up my car after the job and returned home, when I got home I noticed someone had tampered with my dashcam. I did not look at the dashcam video until the next day, what I heard and saw was unprofessional. I called Ken to ask, who had tampered with my dashcam. He stated, he would ask the guys in the shop. I then told Ken, he was the one in my car at the time it was tampered with, he was silent. I then told him, even though the rear cam was disconnected...the dashcam still records sound. I also told him I heard his comments regarding my car and myself(Ken remained silent). The comments were, Ken being asked by an older guy about my tire being low and the older guy asking, who car is this? Ken replied, "black guy". The older guy concerned about my tires made a comment to Ken again, which Ken replied, you spend money on what you want to spend money on F' him. My car has been serviced by K&L in the past BUT we will never do business there again.Service: General repairs & maintenance

I can't thank Kenny and Kenny at K+L auto repair enough for the fantastic job they did fixing my camper van. I am traveling cross country and have, since Nebraska, had a terrible shake when I braked. I have taken it in twice before (once in Nebraska, once in Miami), specifically mentioned rotors, and not until K+L did I finally - FINALLY - get it fixed. The van drives like a new vehicle. Everything about the service was great: fast turnaround, great price, super high quality work, and really nice guys to boot. I wish they were in my town, they'd be my regular, go-to guys. No hesitation at all - call these guys.

We are from Louisiana and were up in Maryland visiting family when we had MAJOR brake problems on our motorhome. We called around and because of the tire size of our motorhome, know one would work on it . One of the people we called recommended K&L to us , so we called. Kenny and the boys here are an absolute GEM! Being in the military and moving often, I find myself looking for a reliable and honest mechanic quite a bit. I've found my guys here. Needed a power steering pump replaced. Was in and out in 5 hrs with an exceptional price. I trust their work and would highly recommend. If you're looking for that small town feel auto shop and for someone who's work is excellent and won't rip you off, look no further!
