a person who serves is too racist and very bad. I noticed that an older man who works there was talking down to a Hispanic lady. She was asking him for something and she couldn't speak English without knowing what he was saying. He is too racist and a very bad server.

It makes sense why they have a 2.4 star rating if I can give them a zero I would. UNACCEPTABLE customer service .They have GameStop gift cards that they no longer honor. I asked the sales associate to get his manager to verify that. When the manager came up he said “, she just wants me to ask somebody else” like it was a bother for him/her. Is that not your job? Aren’t you supposed to at least attempt to give me customer service. The manager said “yep it don’t work”. I said, why would you have items on the floor that is not being honored . Doesn’t your inventory tell you ? Working in customer service I know they get alerts to clear the shelves of items like this. Clearly they clock in just to receive a check they don’t work for. Repulsive. 6/4 @ 3:30 pm if CVS corporate cares.

Store is in a good location and has a lot of parking and most essentials. The pharmacy is sometimes too busy or understaffed it seems but the employees are nice.

This is about tbe cvs pharmacy. It is very slow. (Probably short staffed). I rated this two stars because the drive through is always ignored, phonecalls are never answered. I've called while in the store, waiting in line for 20 minutes and NO ONE ANSWERED

I am so sick of always walking in this store and seeing lazy co workers just standing at the front constantly on their phones when there is customers that need help. Tonight I just walked in and a guy in a black jacket with black hair in a bun was just standing at the front eyes locked on his phone, didn't even look up and greet me. And when I was walking up he literally almost crashed into me bc he was on his phone and not paying attention where he was going. Cvs you need to find better and more professional employees. Everyone looks like they hate their life there. I don't think I've ever seen an employee smile there. Get more employees with better customer service and ones that don't just stand around on their phones when customers need help. A woman next to me was having issues with the self checkout and looking for an employee yo help her and the guy was just standing there texting on his phone. It's stuff like this that makes me so mad. It's so unprofessional. You need to find better employees cvs.

Absolutely the worst pharmacy I've ever seen. My doctor sent the prescription to them twice and they kept telling me they didn't receive it. I switched to the one on telegraph Road and it went through the first time. And they seem absolutely annoyed to help you. Would recommend anywhere else but them for pharmacy.

This pharmacy does not even pretend like it is trying to function anymore. Since COVID they have been massively understaffed and seem to have a high turnover rate. It has been bad for a while. Long waits in line (like 30 minutes). Half the time the drive through is closed. The last time I went through the drive through they didn't even open the window just talked to me via the phone. I could see the guy's back as he did something else. He tells me through the phone I cannot get the meds because they now require a preauthorization and they have not gotten it yet. I had not idea anything was going on. And, yes, I was out of meds because they won't send it through the insurance until a week before. It took two weeks to get everything settled. Two weeks without my meds. But then . . .they did not have it in stock (frequent occurrence) so they had me waiting saying I would get a call when it comes in. Nothing for a couple of days then I get a text saying it is too early to order. YEAH! If you had actually given them to me!! But I never got them. Now I have been on hold for 45 minutes waiting to talk to a human. It really is not worth it to go here at all. Too much delay, too many mixups, rarely if ever get to talk to a human.

With three CVS stores located within 5 miles of each other, this one should truly consider closing their doors. Terrible service. Horrendous pharmacy staff. Everything is locked up now with no staff members onsite to assist. You must use a self serve kiosk to purchase your items. Also, tonight, staff members were in normal clothes so it's as if they want to blend in and not be found to help.

Dear CVS Store Management,
I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience I had while making an online purchase and picking it up at your store. I had placed an order online and received confirmation, but was informed later that one of the items, specifically the REESE PUFF CEREAL, was out of stock. However, when I arrived at the store to pick up my order, I noticed that the item was actually available on the shelf. I decided to pick up two boxes and proceeded to the front checkout.
Unfortunately, the employee stationed there exhibited a complete lack of motivation, rudeness, and unprofessional behavior. Despite my polite request for assistance, the employee was unwilling to help me. All I wanted was reassurance that I would not be charged twice for the item. However, the employee's attitude and unwillingness to assist me were disheartening.
In an attempt to rectify the situation, I kindly asked for the order to be returned and rescanned, so that I could pay the price originally indicated in my order. Instead of addressing my concern, the associate provided me with a 1-800 number to contact. I expressed my desire to speak with a manager, only to be informed that the associate himself was the manager. This revelation left me quite taken aback.
At that point, I made a remark expressing my surprise, to which the employee inquired about the sound I had made. I explained that it was disappointing to witness such a lack of customer service skills from someone in a managerial position at the store. It is disheartening to encounter such behavior when I expect better from CVS, a renowned brand.
I write this complaint to bring attention to the unacceptable level of service I experienced during my visit to your store. I hope that you take this matter seriously and address it promptly. I believe that CVS has the potential to do better and provide exceptional customer service. I look forward to hearing from you and finding a resolution to this matter.
Sincerely,
A loyal customer
