ZERO Star. Only go here if you want to wait in line for long (inside or outside), hear staff complain about their work, talk about other frustrated customers to a customer in front of already frustrated customers in line, and if you have time all day. Otherwise runnnn!!!!!!

If only we can provide a ‘no star’ review to this location. The manager named Amarachi Okeke is beyond disgusting, rude, disrespectful and absolutely a liar. She will argue with you and not admit her wrongdoing- she will disrespect you and create a scene next to your children. My child was horrified after her arguing with me and threatening me to call the police when she was the one creating the conflict. She made me go around the drive thru and lose my spot - she didn’t allow me to wait to get my medication and after losing my spot she did not offer any kind of help. Not even an apology from her. Everyone works under pressure and under difficult circumstances but this is not how you handle patients.

Horrible service. The ladies that work there are very disrespectful. I felt very uncomfortable and judge. The manager treated me with so much disrespect and disregarded why I actually came there for. I felt like I wasn’t a human being all because I was getting a control substance filled.

If the pharmacy makes a mistake on the price it takes 5-10 minutes to rerun your prescription. They always make mistakes. They are also always short staffed. Don't waste your time.

The manager at this CVS pharmacy is beyond rude and interrupts you before you’re done talking.
She has been the manager that has filled my controlled substance the last two times with a goodrx coupon and randomly decided that she wasn’t going to honor it this month. She proceeded to go on and on about how she “didn’t know what pharmacist filled it” but she never would do that. I pointed out SHE was the one who did it and only then did she acknowledge that I was in fact correct.
This was not my first negative experience with this manager she tried to overcharge me for my medication until I proved to her the correct price by showing her my coupon and only then did she re-run it for the correct price. She still berated me about how I should pay attention to the time because I was lucky she was even doing this since they were closing in a half hour. She absolutely didn’t need to point that out to me.
I was just one person in a long line of people complaining to her because she can’t just admit when she’s wrong she intentionally argues with patients. She filled a man’s medication incorrectly in front of me and refused to admit wrong doing until a bunch of back and forth was done.
Please replace this manager, she has no clue what she is doing and is completely unprofessional and causes unnecessary grief and arguments.

Why have a phone number if you do not plan to pickup? I intially waited on the phone for 2 hours and then just left the phone on to see how long they would place me one hold. I was placed on hold for 6 hours before getting disconnected by the staff. Disliking ones job should not lead to negligence. Folks need to start voting with their pockets. Put this place out of business and do not fill your prescription here.

This pharmacy made a mistake when refilling my prescription. I waited on the phone 27 minutes and no one in the pharmacy picked up the phone to address my question/concerns.

The manager at this location is rude, condescending and has no clue what she is doing. I have been without my medicine for two weeks because she did not know what she was doing and when she asked another person to help me, she was mad and tried to rush the person and said "Watch the time, we have other things to do." She was also upset because I asked her not to talk to me like a child after she said " I remember you from last time and we went over this." She told me the coupon system was down two ago. I was there to pick up another med that I asked her to refill two weeks ago. The location is convenient, but the way you have to stand up for yourself is ridiculous. People already have health problems and they don't need to be stressed out by someone that truly doesn't care and can't apologize when they make a mistake.
I wish they had a zero or negative rating choice.

As usual my prescription was not correct . They continue to be understaffed and overworked and mistakes are being made. What will it take to get this pharmacy to a decent standard

The entire process dealing with CVS Pharmacy on Telegraph Rd is horrendous. The left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. No one communicates. They turn their phones off because they are understaffed. They leave for lunch early without a care in the world. Unreal.

The urgent care sent my medication here instead of my normal pharmacy. Med wasn’t ready Worst experience ever pharmacist was very, very very rude and rushed me out of the location because they were closing. when I asked her to transfer my location to my frequented CVS. She claimed they would be able to pull it and they couldn’t! So I had to wait til the next am to get my medicines
