Terrible front desk clerk is always rude and angry. Place is filled with dust and missing ceiling tiles, rusty pipes. They still did not properly dry clean sports jacket to remove smell. Pure garbage service. Look else where.

A bit pricey. However, they did significantly better than the previous dry cleaners I had been to. The suit set and button-up did not have any detergent scent to it or have tons of random hairs and lint attached to the clothing.

I've only had dry cleaning done here so I can't comment on alterations or cleaning of specialty items like leather or suede.They do a great job on suits and are always on time and quick to deal with.

First impressions are everything. I decided to give this place a shot since it was en route to my new gym. The reviews were good so hey why not? I went on Saturday shortly after they opened. I walked in with a smile and greeting to be greeted with no smile just a look and a point to the counter and asked for my phone number. I explained it was my first time. Didnt matter. The lady didn't ask if I wanted starch or anything just said pick up on WEDNESDAY. ?? Whatever happened to 1-2 day service? I chalked up the lack of customer service skills to the area. It is kind of run down. They wont be getting my business again.

This has been my cleaners for several years now. I go every week. The crazy thing was the Saturday morning I got in the car and Siri's map suggestion had directions to Cavalier Cleaners. (I actually used to take my shirts here many years ago, but the previous owner was rude. I was happy for years until several came back with bad collars or flaky starch and the other cleaners' owner told me that they do too many clothes to check each one.) So, I decided to try Cavalier again and have been happy since then. As it turns out, these owners are friendly and bought the business 15 years or so ago. One thing the Cavalier owners explained is that shirts occasionally need to be dry cleaned because the regular detergent doesn't break down the oils that cause ring around the collar. I've taken shirts to cleaners for decades without knowing that! That would have been true at the previous cleaners, but they never explained that to me--even after I complained. Another great thing: I prefer a reusable laundry bags instead of the clear plastic. Although I had to buy the bags, they dutifully put my clothes in each each week without complaint.

Went to Cavalier Cleaners today. They tailored my jeans perfectly! My jacket and blanket also turned out beautiful. Would recommend them to everyone!!!
