“I went to Dentz first thing in the morning as soon as they opened to get a few acorn dents fixed on my new car. The car had two noticeable dents and two smaller less obvious ones on the hood. My car was taken into the repair area almost right away and I was out of there in about an hour. I can't tell that there was ever a dent on my car now. They're very good at what they do!”
“Just picked up my vehicle after being repaired by the guys/girls at Arbutus Auto Body. They did a fantastic job. The color match is perfect, at least to my eyes, everything was done on the time schedule they provided when I dropped it off, and as an added bonus my car was washed and vacuumed, which may have been more difficult than the repair itself?. “You know when you do something that you would NEVER normally do? Yep, that was me with my trusty Red Rav. I was kicking myself. So I called CACC the same day and Eddie said bring it over! He picked up right away what NEEDED to be fixed and kept the car. But not until he loaded me up with his delicious chocolate (which I have quite a fondness for). His guys fixed up the car - it looks gorgeous and ... (Eddie gave me some more chocolate - sorry Eddie, now everyone is going to want your chocolate even tho I know it was only meant for me). Btw, Eddie has done work for us before so we knew what a great job they do. Plus, Eddie is just the sweetest person ever. He makes you feel better after you break your car. Thank you Eddie! Ryan was very helpful and scheduled me for a date to bring the truck in. I dropped the truck off for repair and had the truck back a few days later. Ryan and his crew did a great job fixing my truck. They did charge me for the oil change parts which I found really odd since usually oil changes are just $20 at Mr. Tire and they don't charge you for the actual oil. “An hour after a car accident in October, I called my local mechanic and he recommended C&F for body work. Within 2 hours of my accident, I had an estimate for the damage.I just got the car back a few days ago and they did a superb job of mending the crumpled passenger's side! I want to thank Fred, Jeff and the paint crew for really doing a stand-up job. Plus, the inside and outside detailing was a REALLY unexpected and welcoming finishing touch -- sorta "the cherry on top'".Fred was very helpful to me in this situation as I had never been in a car accident, post-teenage years and didn't know how the 'other person's insurance' stuff worked when their company had to pay.
