My experience was poor I went to return a few items today and the cashier referred me to the manager guy (nick) he was extremely rude and nasty to the black cashier (with dreads) yelling talking to her like she was trash idc if u a manager or NOT respect is respect she is the friendliest cashier there always greet u and tell u have a great day I DIDNT APPRECIATE THAT AT ALL

Regrettably, this Aldi happens to be my neighborhood grocery store—a source of perpetual frustration. Navigating its aisles is an exercise in endurance, with interminable lines, produce that verges on spoilage, and cashiers who seem to have mastered the art of discourtesy. Since its inception, I have had the unfortunate experience of frequenting this establishment, and in all that time, it has never been competently managed. It is undeniably worth traveling a bit further and spending a little more to escape the calamity that is this store.

The customer service was terrible. I witnessed an employee named Georgianna completely disrespect a customer because the customer clicked the yes option requesting cash back. Georgianna told the customer “ people like her are killing her today and that the wise thing to do is if you need cash back we should ask if she has cash in her register.” The customer was very kind about the situation and stated if it’s an issue she’s sorry that maybe the option should be disabled if you don’t have the cash. Georgianna told the customer to use common sense when she’s out in public shopping. I’m sorry…… but if you are the employee should you be the one responsible for having cash in your register? She came off very rude and I was very embarrassed for the customer. Georgianna belittled a woman with a full line behind her. I’m hopeful that with this review management will coach their employees.
