I hate coming in here because I know the workers will either ignore me or not want to help when asked. They have this weird attitude like they don't want you to come in ? Everything is overpriced plus the attitudes makes me never want to shop here again.

I visited the store off Central Avenue in Seat Pleasant Maryland. There was a great selection of products. Due to the Covid 19 experience, some less expensive items have increased in price. The staff is friendly. I did not find what I needed. I think the Lace Front wigs are over priced.

Everything is overpriced. While I was there A vendor of jewelry was there too and he was telling the owner Paul that he’s selling everything double the price and that he has never seen those prices at other store before. Also the owner there is so unprofessional and racist . Also I heard him screaming at the workers too. Please don’t go there to waste your money when you can find better options at other places while saving your money too.

The selection is great, the prices reflect the market, and the staff are attentive and helpful. I was shopping here today; and overheard the manager explaining the policy for trying on wigs. The customer was adamant (but not rude), and the manager professionally elaborated. It made me feel good to spend my money here. They also employ young black girls, in a business that makes so much money off the black community. See y’all next time!

I've had enough and must express my concern to anyone who lives in this area. I've had experience racial profiling follow me around; he acts as if he's working but isn't. He's keeping an eye on me like a hawk to make sure I'm not stealing. Please do not go there and support that business. Go to store where you are valued.

Today I went to this store and waited to get the attention of the owner/manager, he said his name was Paul. Once I received his attention I attempted to ask a question, he barely gave me a response and when I needed clarity he brushed me off as if I never asked him anything. He was very rude and disrespectful and then he told me that one of the people working on the floor could help me because he was busy. I asked if they would be able to answer a question related to ordering a specific length of hair and color because it wasn't usually in stock...he walked away as he shunned his shoulder and said "she should be able to answer it". The person on the floor stated she wasn't able to provide that type of information and she apologized. I felt there was some racism going on, I can't say for sure because there was one black guy in the store and the manager/owner rushed from behind the counter where the wigs were, bypassed me to help the black guy. I'm not sure how he saw him because the black guy was all the way at the other end of the store, but it was strange how he rushed from behind the counter to help him so quickly as I was waiting in front of the counter to speak to him. I'm a black female so maybe he has no respect for black women or he was just rude and should not own or manage any type of business. I felt so disrespected as if he felt I was beneath him and I didn't deserve any respect. I shop at this store often but never again. Without customer's his business would fail so he needs to be more mindful of how he treats his customer's no matter what race/gender they are. Before leaving I told him that I did not like how he treated me in his store today. I told the cashier to remove all my items because I was not going to give this store my business.

I wish they had zero stars!!!!My daughter and I went yesterday and we were followed around the store! This is utterly unacceptable!!!!My oldest daughter goes to this location at least monthly and spends over $100.I was in the store less than 20 minutes; why do you have thousands of products if customers can’t review and choose?I will NEVER come to this location again and I WILL tell everyone I know.

This store racially profiled. I was followed around the store. I only spent @ 20 minutes in the store. Why do you have thousands of products if the customer can't review and choose the ones that they want?My daughter goes to this location and spends over $100 monthly. We will NEVER return to this location I recommend you go to a different one. !!!!

Today, I was followed in this store by one of the employees as I was trying to pick out a shampoo and conditioner. Completely unacceptable, racist, and disappointing for a store that is my neighborhood staple. This should NOT be happening in 2023. Even worse, I told both the employee and the manager/supervisor on duty that they should not follow their customers around the store, and neither responded to me. They knew they were wrong and were unapologetic about it.Absolutely disgusting and I will not shop here again.

12/21/22- I called this morning looking for a type of hair for some passion twists as barely any stores had the brand or color I needed. The ladies who helped me over the phone were very pleasant. Upon picking up the hair, I also had a pleasant experience. The store is really nice and they have everything. I also I didn’t feel like I was being watched constantly like other beauty supply stores tend to do. Whoever rung me up was really sweet as well.

Really rather zero. There prices on the shelves and the prices at the register never match up. This is the 5th time they tried to cheat me. I think most folks just ignore it. I give up.

I was very impressed when I went to this store. As soon as I walked in the door, the staff greeted me and asked how they could help. They were very friendly and provided good customer service. Also very happy that the staff are bilingual with Spanish. Will definitely come back.
