Hands down the worst Popeyes I've ever been to. Every time I go to this location they mess up my order. I know I'm stupid for continuing to go but I'd assume going every 4-5 months they'd fix their issues but nope!Today I purchased a mixed 10 pc and received 8 thighs and 2 breast. This is unacceptable. If they knew they were short on chicken they should have been transparent but no, they chose to hand me whatever they have.

They give you OLD Chicken in the drive thru, but if you go inside, they ask if you want to wait for fresh batch. They should offer you the same option in drive thru. and the prices are ridiculous. They need to bring back the cajun rice.

I ended up here by accident cuz their app is acting crazy. I meant to go to Martin Luther King highway cuz it's quieter over there but I accidentally get sent here and I cried. The crew members are lost and they don't even want to give you water for waiting in that long line that they caused. I'm just glad my food wasn't burnt after all that.

This is the closest Popeyes and it's truly a let down for the area. The service/quality of food is really a disservice to the Popeyes brand. There's always a delay when ordering, they never have the items you're looking for and it's rare that they'll accept coupons.

Worst customer service I’ve ever had , I waited to order for like 5 minutes until I left . They acted like I was invisible. There was no customer in drive-though or lobby. And it’s dirty.

I have been frequenting this location for sometime now, but my experience on Thursday, October 26, 2023 was horrible. I entered the establishment and there were customers either waiting for their order or waiting to place their order at the front counter. I stood in line and an older Black woman with a gray button up, who appears to be a manager, called me up to place my order. All of a sudden, she walked away and proceeded to take orders on her headset. I was left there waiting to see if she would return, which she did not, so I went to the next register. Mrs. Smith, who is the elderly Black woman, took my order. Then, a man walked up to the counter and asked if someone could take his order. The manager from earlier tells Mrs. Smith to ring up his order while I am in the middle of placing my order. Mrs. Smith looked confused and proceeded to take his order and processed his cash payment. The customer who came in after me was able to place his order and received his order before me. After that, I finished placing my order and I waited for my food. When I was called to the front counter, I was missing two items. I told Mrs. Smith that I am missing my order. She then tells me that it is coming. Fifteen minutes go by and I still do not have my two spicy chicken sandwiches. I go back to the counter and I ask Mrs. Smith how long it is going to be, to which she responded, I thought I told you the chicken needed to be cooked.” That conversation never took place and I was left not knowing anything. As I waited for my order, I started to eat some of my 12 count Sweet & Spicy wings. Unfortunately, there was barely any sauce on my wings. I took my wings back to the front counter and I asked for more sauce. The same manger with the gray shirt on says it would cost extra to put more sauce on my wings. I then requested a refund and she took the wings and put more sauce on it. After minutes go by, I finally received my two spicy chicken sandwiches and I proceeded out of the establishment. I later realized that I never received my dipping sauces for my wings or my drink that came with my meal. Overall, I give this restaurant a zero for their piss poor customer service that day. I will not frequent this fast food restaurant again.

I sat at the intercom for 5 minutes without knowing if it was broken or not because nobody would reply to me when I said hello. I was finally told to make my order at the window. They didn't have ANY condiments for my food. They didn't give me napkins, a straw or utensils for my red beans and rice. The biscuit was stale and the red beans and rice were cold, watered down and tasteless. This location is the worst.

Walked to eat there and I was a little taken back worker's with long hair and not in a hair net or tied down. Stood in line for 15 minutes and an other customer said good luck he was waiting for 35min for his order. They need to get a little order to their service everyone was moving slow no need to say anything to the people in line that food will be taking a long time to come up. Service line was messing and unorganized. Management also needs to know game days cause it seen that large orders were placed for Tailgaters and home viewing games

So bad the owner should shut it down. I put in an order for drive thru pick up and have to come in EVERY TIME!!! Just for it to be sitting on the counter. No sauce, no jelly, no service. Manager on duty was no help at all at getting my issue fixes
