I was shocked to see that the floor in front of the pharmacy was filled with trash..dental floss,and dirt.
There was a line the entire length of the aisle, one person working.
The district manager needs to be aware of the stores uncleanliness.

The experience I just had shows me how people literally do things because of how their feeling that day even though their at there place of employment. So today before I went to the gym I decided to stop by CVS to get a Celsius because they have better flavor choices, so as I was wrapping up I stop by the perfume case, I honestly just wanted something that smelled good, so I press the button for assistance no one came until 15 minutes and thats once the cashier was done with customers she finally got someone, she called a heavy set girl from the back, I assume she was the manager by her having on black, no smile or showing sincerity on me waiting for whoever for over 10 minutes to assist, so as she slowly walk over, then she decides to say you can’t smell anything, they are all seal, she even told me I can’t get more than one. I had to get the one I really didn’t want because she said she had to close it right away, I was super understanding but as I cash out spending more than 30$ come to find out the perfume wasn’t sealed she just was being mean spirited and for that I will never shop here again and ppl like her should go home and pray seriously… you don’t even own this sister lol

The staff at this location are ALWAYS pleasant, patient, welcoming, and helpful. I love coming to this location because they will not let you down.

This cvs close at 7:00 went to pick up my medicine they said they close at 7:00 smh ?♀️ change the hours it’s not 9:00 pm

I arrived at the pharmacy at 1:28pm to to pick up my prescription and there were one person being served.
There were three (3) African American women working and one (1) Hispanic.
The 3 African American looked at me and told me to come back at 2pm because they're closed.
I let them know that I was going faraway and I couldn't wait.
The 3 African American women walked out.
I sat in the waiting chair and that's when the Hispanic woman asked for my name and got my prescription
I want to let the managers at this CVS Pharmacy to hire people who are more customers oriented
Thank you Hispanic lady for your kindness.

Pharmacy staff and services sucks! Staff appears unorganized and uninterested in assisting customers. Their system appears out of date; doesn’t appear to have a good tracking system.

Horrible cusromer service, bad attitudes, and extremely slow. Picking up a prescription can take an hour even if youre the next person in line. They appeae to have an indifference to doing their job without eyerolls and lip smacks.

The pharmacy here is THE WORST! I've been calling all day to check on a prescription for my son to no avail. I waited for someone to pick up at the pharmacy for 30 minutes without getting through. I decided to download the CVS app and after doing everything required of me, that was also no help. I called back and waited 22 minutes before I had to go back to work. On the 3rd attempt I only waited for 17 minutes, right before the phone was answered and I was hung up on. I've made several complaints about the pharmacy at this location, from the unprofessionalism of the staff to the scenarios like this. It NEVER improves. I wish this wasn't the closest location to me.

This is the ABSOLUTE WORST CVS PHARMACY in the world. They do not answer the phone. The African pharmacist is so rude and short. I will say there is one young lady who is great and pleasant to work with. Her name slips me. They never give my husband his medicine on time and this causes him to continually remain sick. They deserve a 0 in rating.
