Jamie was very pleasant and told me to come right in. Ken was an excellent resource. He was extremely knowledgeable and made sure that I was too. He and his mechanic were thorough in inspecting the issue I was told existed and thankfully they found that there was in fact no issue and showed me the area in question. I appreciate the time they took with me ensuring that I was well-informed.
