“I went to the t-mobile in Woodmore and Elsa Arias was extremely patient and helpful. She guided me on how to stop notifications and opened the SIM card on my phone which I couldn't open. ANOTHER T-Mobile replacement in Bowie told me that I had to ship my phone out in order to get my screen fixed so I ended paying $400 to get my phone fixed at place called Breakfix. She told me that because I have insurance I could take to a center and have ut fixed fir 29.99. I'm passed that I spent so much money when I didn't have to. She is really an expert and I will look for her when I come back.”
