“My Tech Patrick came out and made sure all our staff had access to the copier, downloaded new software and had toner sent out to us as well. He was very knowledgeable and recommended some new tech that might help in the future. Patrick is very fast, polite and even came back because we had another issue before he got to far on the road. From the owner, to the in house designer, to the delivery people, we have had a great experience furnishing our home with Su Casa’s unique pieces.We had hired someone who claimed to be a designer (our big mistake) who at least had the good taste to lead us to this store. She took no measurements but insisted we buy several oversized pieces. When I called the owner and explained that some items didn’t seem to fit, he sent out Leslie, Su Casa’s designer to solve the problem. Leslie put together a professional portfolio complete with choices of different side tables, rugs etc. to pull the whole look together. She stayed on top of the project and her response to questions was immediate. The delivery people are friendly and professional. Buying furniture from Su Casa was an enjoyable experience.”
