Great job by Alex and his team at both ends (VA-FL). Nothing missing or damaged. Highly recommend Alex and his team. Von Paris was a key part to the success. Thanks Deb-b and Josie for being very attentive and accommodating including changing the move date short notice. Only slight complaint is that the pre-move survey was too low. Luckily they had room on the truck.

Had a positive experience on both ends of my coast to coast move. Would recommend North American Van Lines for the timeliness of delivery and care they showed making sure my belongings were well wrapped and packed!

We used NA Van for a cross country move to Houston. The crew who unloaded were great and was very careful with our property during the unload. They kept us updated constantly. Would definitely use them again.

Driver was good but the packers didn’t label boxes in a readable manner and the crew that loaded them at my new home put in wrong rooms - maybe because they couldn’t read boxes either. I had 210 boxes so that created alot more work trying to move them before unpacking i should have packed them myself. I paid alot for this service and it was terrible. 3 broken pieces of furniture and they want you to fill out a long form instead of just sending someone. They also left behind my several items. Choose another carrier.

They overcharged me, and promised me multiple times to return my money without doing so. I was on hold for hours and still have yet to receive my $500. Me and my husband are extremely disappointed. Our job # was 1367164

Terrible experience so far with a cross country move. I recently booked them for packing and moving my four bedroom house across country with most of the items going to storage and a few items going to our temporary housing. For a "professional" moving company despite telling the foreman and the individual movers multiple times which specific items went to housing versus storage they had NO system. We even separated an entire room of items and yet they didn't bother labeling any of the items. I asked multiple times concerned that they would mistakenly deliver our items to storage and yet they said not to worry. I was told they had it under control. Additionally despite paying thousands of dollars to have them pack the house they forgot an entire cabinet in the bathroom, a whole drawer in the kitchen, two lamps upstairs and a safe on the counter top in a bathroom. I had to follow them around each room to make sure they packed and labeled everything. A few hours after the movers left I was called by the driver who was repacking all of the items for the cross country drive and he had no idea which items were meant for the two locations. In addition to texting him multiple times I still had to drive out to the storage unit myself once it arrived to look over the items. In addition to finding multiple boxes meant for the house that were about to be loaded into storage there was an entire area of items that were unnumbered and accounted for, a large dent in one item, and large scratch on a bookcase I noticed while walking by. They stored a large Persia rug by rolling it and folding it half. All in all I've been completely unsatisfied with the move so far. I'm sure once we finally unload the storage Ill have to suffer through the inevitable insurance claim for damaged items.

Wondered how these people managed to stay in business. I hired Von Paris through my company for a trans-state move. Von Paris subcontracted the move to two other companies and totally messed it up. The subcontractors managed to lose a large box filled with my most valuable items. Talked to my move contact person at Von Paris. She was very rude and did nothing to help find the lost items.
