I love working with Lisa! She really gets inside your head to understand your style, and she's so flexible with feedback and patient w/your budget. I'm still in process with my home, but it's exciting! Lisa has been my guide and friend throughout the whole process. I couldn't be happier!

After scouring Houzz, Google, and multiple other sites for weeks, I finally got lucky on Houzz by finding LS Interior Design Group. I reached out to the team to see if they could build upon a few ideas we had, and the rest was history after we met up at a Starbucks. I've had meetings with other companies, and by far, Lisa and her team checks all the boxes: great designs, thinks outside the box, LISTENS to the things you want, provides services that are scaled to your budget, and is very personable. Every single time I come in my home, my happiness never gets old when I look at the selections we were presented with and purchased. We have a modern farmhouse look with a few touches of chic. We absolutely love our family room and bedroom now. We very much look forward to working with her and her team again.

If you want a unique, custom crafted and beautiful plan for your home or addition, Lisa Stanley is the designer for you. Her talent in color, proportion, fabrics, appliances, floor finishings, plumbing fixtures, lighting, cabinets, moldings, roofing materials, exterior choices and period design is unsurpassed. My kitchen alone has three beautiful shades of cabinet colors and a custom made cabinet/pantry. It combines two of the cabinet colors in addition to adding a piece of granite in between the top and bottom piece. I was always delighted and amazed at her creativity! She is an exceptional professional and above all fun, knowledgable and interesting to work with. She made this process a vibrant adventure and not an overwhelming experience in which this kind of project has been known to be. She exudes personality and is confident and current in her choices. She collaborates with the client and modifies plans according to your needs, desires, taste and budget. Whether you are building a 4 million dollar home, an 8k remodel or an hourly consultation, she takes her work seriously with high energy and enthusiasm. It is evident, as soon as you meet her, that she loves her work and is a confident professional. I called her on a Friday in a panic because my builder was ready to paint the entire interior of my new home on Monday and wanted me to choose paint colors. Keeping in mind, I had tray ceilings and all kinds of nooks, crannies and moldings that needed special attention. Lisa met me the day after next, on a freezing Sunday with a wheel of paint chips in hand. It was a huge favor that she did for me and I am indebted to her. She picked all the colors for my home in one hour! My home has 8 shades of gray to include trim paint and varied shades of gray with a hint of cocoa in my tray ceilings. The color palette is rich, beautiful and timeless. If you go to Lisa's website on houzz, my home is featured under "Bethesda". These images do not do the home justice. A photo can not capture the depth, breath, color and periphery the eye can see. I highly recommend Lisa without any hesitation!

Savage Mills is an enchanting place to shop. It is a hidden gem- I'm always shocked how few people know it exists! (Although its quiet charm is part of what I love) It is beautiful any time of the year, but particularly amazing during the holidays.

While visiting from out of town (several states away) I was encouraged to come check out the mill that has been converted to shopping and a historical sight-seeing destination. Sadly I must say that I was not impressed at all. It seemed like it was largely filled with private offices and boutiques which is absolutely fine, but not necessarily appealing to visitors, as recommended. Lots of spaces for possible shops were closed and empty, and the ones that are present want ASTRONOMICAL prices for their products. With this in mind, there are far more interesting locations in the area to spend money at that are not too far away. Best of luck Savage Mills. Don't think I'll be back and I'm not sure you're going to last at this rate anyway.

They took an Old Mill and spent an enormous amount of money turning into a wonderful food music and environmental venue. I wish I lived closer. Being at 2 plus hour drive it's not a place that I can get to easily. But they have really class musical acts there. I love new music as well as Retro Music they have it all as well as fantastic menus in a multi-level renewed and revigorated Mill buildings. When we we're walking through the property we saw a wedding, they were also preparing for a concert, as well as a very busy bar and multiple restaurants parking was a pleasure. I highly recommend it even if you have to take an hour or more drive to get there.
