Visited this shop today with my son. Was intrigued by alot of the vintage items thry had. But didn't have good vibes because of one of the women in the store. So, I decided not to buy anything. Ended up misplacing my keys. So I went back to this store to look for them. The same woman, followed me around and pretended to help me look/trace my footsteps. She then presides to show me an African American doll with braids that she held upside down, while laughing and says:"Look! She's having a bad day like you." Ignorance is bliss. I'll be calling management in the morning.

Racism and stereotypingSavage mills is a great and fun place. We have been coming here for some years now and have not had the experience we did today at this store. We had a lady shadow us the entire time we looked arround. My daughter was looking for my little pony toys and every step we took this lady just happened to be in the same place we were looking. At fist we thought it was strange so we went to a different are (next to the soaps) and she followed. We went back to the area that had the my little pony and she followed us. I heard the lady at the register say " if they are looking for my little ponies we have some more in the front display" the lady that was shadowing us immediately waved her off. Like she didn't want us looking in that area. Unfortunately I know that we are not the only ones this lady has done this too.I will not be shopping here any more.

Great shop for thoughtful gifts. There’s a perfect mix of new and vintage. The owner is very personable. Shops like these are becoming more rare. Highly recommend.

MCM toys, anyone? Bearing Gifts at Savage Mill has lots of them—Plasticville miniature buildings, lithographed tin dollhouses, old dolls, cute bears, sassy new items. Well lit, airy space, friendly staff.

Took some items from my parents estate for consignment in February 2020. As of today we have received NO correspondence about whether or not these items were sold. We unfortunately did not provide or receive any official documentation on the items we consigned. We have tried numerous times to contact them via email and text with no response. I would be very diligant if I were going to consign any items for Bearing Gifts to sell.

I have checked out this store several times while I was at Savage Mill. I had asked her if she bought collectibles and she said yeah she does. So I started looking through boxes of mine, even sent her a excel sheet of all the ones I was giving her which was about 150 figurines. Spent hours working on it and gathering the boxes to get to her and drove an hour to drop off. Only to be told she would be sending me a check by mail soon. Even though I didn’t feel comfortable leaving them I had no other choice as I couldn’t take them back to storage and I was about to move. I tried calling and texting with no response. I would never buy or sell from such an unethical business owner who takes things from people who are already struggling. A big disappointment but lesson learned.

Not as crowded during this season so you can go in and out with ease. The anchor stores may be a different story.

I work here as well as shop her quite frequently. The employees are very nice and friendly! It also has a very diverse array of products which makes it very fun to shop as well as look around.

My son was overjoyed to visit this shop. He was thrilled to find a great selection of vintage My Little Pony toys available at very reasonable prices. The clerk was very friendly and chatted with him about his Pony collection. Thank you so much
