Since the beginning of my conversations with Nick Sigwalt (Nick), it has been excellent. I'm someone who asks a lot of questions, and Nick has been incredibly patient with me, answering all my inquiries with great care. He listens attentively to my concerns, provides clear explanations, and promptly addresses any questions or issues that arise. Even when he's unavailable, he ensures he texts me, promising to get back to me as soon as possible, and consistently follows through on his commitments.
Nick went above and beyond to verify my wife’s international employment, which was crucial for our loan process that began a year and a half ago. He consistently plans ahead when preparing documents, which has been instrumental in driving us through the loan process smoothly.

Nick was by far the greatest loan officer we could have ever asked for and that we have ever worked with. He has a unique way of explaining everything in a way that helps you fully understand and he made our process so seamless. I can honestly say our process would not have been what it was and as easy as it was if it weren’t for Nick. Grateful to have had him as our loan officer.
