I visited the Salisbury Mall today 12/3/17 went into Yankee Candle. I was very impressed with the welcoming, the positive costumer courtesy skills and the overall professionalism of the entire staff though one young lady desires to be singled out 'Ms Alexis F. ' who handle my transactions while in the store. I purchase 6 personalized candles, provided the photos and allowed this young lady to select the scents that she liked knowing I would as well like them. She was as well very computer orientated with the photos I provided for the personalized candles, a minor cliche was quickly resolved with her KSA--Knowledge, Skills and Ablility. Job well done Ms Alexis F.
