Corporate needs to visit this hole of a business. Where do i began?! All the workers look inexperienced and unprofessional. When did it become ok to be at work with a hoodie on while helping customers? The attire of all the workers is unprofessional. Guess there's no dress code. There's always new workers never the same people. You walk in and you're not acknowledged. You wait for ever only to be given the run around with nothing being resolved. You go in about your cable or internet and all they try to do is sell you a cell phone! A waste of time. Last but not least this place needs some air freshener. It stinks like cigarettes, stale air and a few other things i wont name!

It's a shame that you have to wait a HOUR to upgrade cable boxes while they are selling phones. Total waste of day. Best to make appointment.

Came in here Friday to attempt to return a cable box and when I walked in there no one acknowledged me, never said nothing. I stood there and the 2 workers never asked what I needed. Very unprofessional! Will not be returning.

After many years with no reliable internet, yesterday Xfinity internet, tv and phone service was installed at my home. I just wanted to note that our technician Nelson Garcia went above and beyond in making sure that the service was installed in the best location so we would have the best possible outcome. He is very knowledgeable and a great representative of the Xfinity/Comcast organization. We are very pleased with our service. Thank you!!!!

Buyer beware: if you are a new customer, or seek new service, this may be alright. However, if you cancelled service, closed the account, and moved away, there will be literally NO WAY to contact these people on the phone. They will likely continue to charge your account (as it happened to us). So do yourself a favor and find a reputable company to do business with. This one is definitely not it.

We visited the new Salisbury location today. We were 5th in line. Only one person left the entire time we waited. Finally the customer in front of us left her equipment she was returning with her phone numbers because she had to return to work. We chose to do the same thing. They were to return a text when processed. Still no text…. The line was to the door. This place needs more help. The purchase of new phones seemed to be the holdup. GET SOME HELP!’n

JJ, store manager, was superb. He was so helpful switching our service over from Verizon and so knowledgeable about the phone service. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing help. He was professorial and had great customer service.

I had a wonderful experience. I had an unusual problem and they solved it fast and did a great job switching my cell phone service. They had the exact phone and smartwatch that I wanted in the colors I want. I would highly recommend the xfinity Salisbury location. Jay jay was such a great help and super efficient.

Mr. Vinny has been extremely helpful and very supportive, patient with me and my wife. He set up two phone lines and switched us from Verizon to Xfinity mobile and he got us on a very good plan and gave us the maximum discount as we are seniors. He has very good knowledge and his customer service is excellent. He handled other customers well while he was working with us. He was professional all the way through. I recommend him to anyone who needs help with their mobile phones and other electronic gadgets.

Told me they had a free phone. 7 months later it stopped charging. Went into the store he said the sales team should have told me it wasn't free unless I kept it or had no problems for 2 years. Said I could pay 300 and buy a new phone to keep my service. The phone only costs 250 online. What a joke. They have no help in the store and waited 45 min just for them to tell me that
