Top notch customer service.The dispatcher that answered the phone seemed harsh at first but quickly offered help. A truck showed up in 10 minutes, thank God they were close. My vehicle was on the truck and headed off within 5 minutes and the cost was very reasonable. I recommend Williams Towing 100%.

I was so impressed by the service I received at William’s Towing. The staff was so kind and helpful from start to finish. I had tons of questions, and they answered every single one with a smile. One employee even made a special trip to help me get a stubborn plate off of my car.

5 million ? Hank is a godsend! Headed to Chincoteague on the bike and the shifter broke in Salisbury. Only option was to tow all the way back to Dover. He took a quick look at it and said hold on, I can help. Took us back to the shop and welded/everything in between. An unbelievable act of kindness when he didn’t have to!!! Thank you so much, Hank!
