Your team was here to install the new slider. They did a beautiful job and were polite and personable. They cleaned and wiped the floor in the work area and cleaned the glass doors. The work area was probably cleaner after they were done than before they started( my wife won't see this, right? ) . A great job and an enjoyable experience. We will keep West Shore Home in mind for future improvements and share with neighbors and on the Nextdoor App..

On Friday 8/30 I had the pleasure of 2 fine installers from West Shore Home, ..Mike V and Nick C ..the cleanest professional workers.The installation of 3 replacement windows went wonderfully well and the finished results are superb..I have had Pella install other windows and was totally unsatisfied with their workmanship

Whole experience was exceptional quick courteous the attention to detail all above and beyond. Install team Will E., John K., Kenzie E., and Wyatt C. were stellar took the time to answer all our questions they were very professional and their meticulous attention to detail was beyond impressive all in TWO (2) DAYS. If you are thinking of getting a new bathroom you owe it to yourself to check these guys out. Well worth it. I recommend these guys highly you won't be disappointed.

We recently had West Shore replace all of our windows (14). Our installers Bryan T., Brian S. and Greg were fantastic! This is our second time contracting with West Shore Homes and we would not recommend any other company. The entire experience beginning with our sales rep. Corey was a pleasure. Corey was also our sales rep when we replaced a patio door, we were pleased to see him return again to help us with our windows. New windows add to curb appeal too! Thank you, West Shore, for making our house more beautiful! We are 110% satisfied.

John and Greg arrived on time on July 30th to install 3 windows. They were very helpful, covered their shoes in the house, and were very pleasant to work with. They did a great job and cleaned up afterwards. I definitely plan to use this company again.

This is my 2nd time using West Shore Homes to complete a shower remodel for us. Last time was used them for the Master Bathroom and now we just completed the Main Bathroom Shower. Our salesman/contact person was Daniel Haugh, who listened to our needs and made some great suggestions. After arranging our financing, we scheduled our install day (today). Our install team included 2 great guys, Will E. and John K. Upon arrival, they politely introduced themselves and began preparation for their days work at our home. Not only did they do a great job, they also cleaned up and left our bathroom and stairway cleaner than when they arrived. Thank you guys!
I just want to say that if you are considering or shopping for a contractor to redo your bathroom, I highly recommend West Shore Homes. And when they say they give you a lifetime warranty, they mean it. I had a small issue with my 1st bathroom remodel (Master) and they fixed all issues 100% (no charge).
West Shore Homes has a "Customer for Life" with our family!
Did I mention my parents also used them and were 100% satisfied with their Customer Service and Workmanship.

Aug 22, 2024 ( West Shore Home ), promptly arrived at 8:05 —at my home in Rowen Mills. The installation employees were ( Donnel C and Wyatt ).
Mr Donnel professionally explained all that was going to be done. They Prepped the entire area and entrance walk way ( to the area )
They rip out the existing walk-in shower elements ( EVERYTHING ) see photos. Did what they had to do and it’s done. THOUGH I HAVE NOT USED AS OF YET. I and my Fiancé are pleased. I will follow up Friday when I use it.
Thanks WEST SHORE HOME ( DONNEL AND WYATT ) job well done
Now Facts: The cost is extremely high but the work is quality…If you want something, get it!!
8/23/24, AFTER ( wait period drying ) THE SLIDING DOOR HANDLES CLANG TOGETHER—totally unacceptable for the price of this!!! You need to come back!

John K and Wyatt C. did an outstanding job on my bathtub and shower installation. They were professional and friendly, they cleaned up after job and respectful of my property. It looks fabulous and an Ambassador for the brand Dalila T. checked in to see how installation was going. My design consultant Andrew L. was always responsive to any and all questions I had. I highly recommend this Company.

We had an excellent experience with West Shore Home Bath Fruitland Branch. They are very professional and thorough. Mike is a very knowledgeable, helpful and reliable managing sales rep. Donnel Cornish and John K installed our shower. They were also extremely professional and friendly plumbers. They did a wonderful job installing the shower and answered all our questions and walked us through everything they did. Great job!!

My husband and I are extremely pleased with our new bathroom renovation by West Shore Home. From our in home consultation where we were able to unhurriedly discuss and decide on our design choices, to the speed of our renovation appointment and fast and flawless installation, we could not be more pleased with the quick and easy process. Special thanks to Michael Spack, Assistant Sales Manager, for his help in making our design choices, Stan P, Dustin, and Brian O for their dedication to completing the job quickly, thoroughly and flawlessly, and Dalia Taylor with her beautiful smile, who came by immediately after the job was completed to make sure that we were 100% happy with our new beautiful bathroom.
