Deceptive pricing

They took very good care of my dog. The only problem I have with them is their business practices are a little shady. When you fill out the reservation form it will automatically default to an evening pick up, which allows them to charge you an extra $44 and then they’ll come back and tell you that you requested an evening pick up. Just make sure that when you are filling out the form you look it over very closely because I didn’t look over my form very closely and ended up having to pay an extra $144. The cancellation or early pick up policy is very strict and they do not do refunds for days that the dog is not actually there. They will tell you like a hotel reservation, you can’t get a refund. For some reason I got a refund on my hotel reservations when I canceled early. Also you can’t tell me that they left that kennel unoccupied for those days that people had picked up early. I will not say that they did not take good care of my dog. I will just say be careful with dealing with their business practices.

Do a good job

Do NOT NOT take your family member here. Our dog is enroute to have his tail partially amputated as I write this - due to HAPPY TAIL he got at this kennel. NEVER EVER had it before - and he has been kenneled up to 2.5 weeks and this dog is 11 yrs old. It’s PHYSICS people. If the dog’s tail wags a lot and hits the sides of the kennel constantly- then it’s either a bigger space or outside more. That simple. No call before we picked him up, no attempt to mitigate the issue - just… here he is when we showed up and “oh, by the way”. When I called the kennels I was then reminded about the NDA I signed. - NDA? No, LEGAL LIABILITY DISCLAIMER ….. but not an NDA. We will NOT be returning with our PET and suggest others avoid this kennel for boarding.

If you don't care about your pets welfare, health or life go ahead and use this kennel. Upon arrival back at the kennel they informed me he had HAPPY TAIL. His tail was bleeding, the end was raw and they had provided no care nor notified us. They simply left him to suffer, not even antibiotic cream and not even a bandage. Had they even called me I would have given them permission to treat if they were worried. This kennel, (check other reviews) including death of an animal, broken leg etc, cost my dog 5 inches of tail that had to be amputated due to their negligence. When asked their answer was "It happens" you signed a liability waiver. I have an 11 year old Sheppard, former working dog who has been kenneled in other locations prior to us moving here for up to three weeks at a time and this has never happened. Its physics, they placed the dog in a kennel to small for him, and most likely did not get him outside enough, resulting in him banging his tail just over a 7 day period.I WOULD NOT RECOMMED THIS FACILITY TO ANYONE FOR ANY REASON. THEY ARE STAFF DOES NOT CARE ONE BIT ABOUT MAKING SURE YOUR FAMILY MEMBER IS TAKEN CARE OF. TERRIBLE FACILITY, RUDE PEOPLE, UNCARING PEOPLE.

Weeping Willow is welcoming to pups and their humans. Highly recommend the groomer here; experienced, talented, and patient. Bring your dogs here for boarding or a trim!

Kennels are clean and "green" with many upgrades to make sure all pets are safe and comfortable. Staff is very attentive, caring, and understand how hard it is for anyone to leave their precious furry family members in someone else's care.

I left my dog, Scooby, at Weeping Willows Kennel, and I couldn't be happier with his stay. I was initially nervous because he's quite skittish around other dogs, but he was exceptionally well taken care of. He came home as a happy, content puppy.

Very bad experience with a cancellation. THEY DO NOT REFUND! I booked and canceled (dog wasn't fully vaccinated) all within 1 hour with a phone conversation about this cancellation. Credit card was still charge. No refund or voucher was given because "I was not a previous customer ". I have phone records of the conversation but they would not accommodate the Wednesday cancellation for Saturday's boarding.

I had used Weeping Willow for a couple of years, and had always been satisfied. My dad is in poor health, and I've had to make several trips home. I recently made an appointment I had to cancel, and first thing I was told was that I would not get a refund. Well, I didn't ask for a refund -- I made an appointment I had to cancel, and assumed there would be some sort of charge or fee. But I didn't get any of my money back! The people who work there are nice and do a good job, but the guy who owns the place is a real ahole. I would never take my pets back now that I know the guy is an ahole, anyone who treats people like that would do the same to your pet.
