The staff is very kind here and I always have a pleasant interaction. The man who checked me out today had a great sense of humor and made me laugh. On another occasion, I overheard to coworkers talking to each other and I really appreciate it how positive and kind they were.

I brought one of the bigger subs here and got home it was a tiny wrap I called and they said thier replace the sub . I call back maybe a week or so later and they act like I've been forgotten the subs cost more than the wraps. Whomever picked up the phone she was extremely rude then hung up after talking to me like a child

Placed an order for delivery was brought someone else’s order. Told the dasher who was polite and went back to get the correct order. I called and complained to the North Salisbury Location. I told them I would pay for a new order if it wasn’t going to be brought back fresh with a frozen coffee. They said no need to do that it will be made fresh. Then it shows back up 40 min later melted and cold. Not cool WAWA Not Cool!

So there was two Columbian coffee canisters but one was shut down and the one that was open was watered down. There should always be two of them open at the least. I was so disappointed because this is the closest location to my house and the coffee tasted like water.

I usually have high hopes for this store. Today, I'm disappointed I ordered a club sandwich with avacado and got a quesadilla. Instead, I even paid for extra. Orders like these just require a little more attention to detail (quality over quantity). It's not like there was anyone in the store ( there was 1 other customer)

I placed an order today for delivery and they messed up on a drink. The doordasher was kind but I called the location and the guy who answered hung the phone up when I told him I'm missing a drink that I paid for. I will be leaving a review on the company's website as well as sending an email to customer support and sharing this experience on all of my social media platforms for the way my inconvenience with my missing drink was handled. I am not satisfied with the customer service I was given today by Wawa.

Our food was wrong but an associate was nice and fixed it but the manager refused to help by doing a return for an incorrect product sold to me by a location up the road. We’re on a road trip and did not have time to go back to the first one so that’s two hundred dollars I lose thanks a lot..but to top it off the manager and her associates were standing around laughing and making fun of me for asking for assistance before she finally came over and gave an attitude telling me I should’ve not left one before being sure. Well when the boxes are identical and your job is to listen to customers all day I believed she as another manager knew her job, my mistake but I did expect to be treated better guess the only good wawas are in nj

*Photo attached* Yall wanna charge almost $10 for a bowl and give this tiny amount. I remember they use to actually fill the bowl up. Charge more to give less. Seems to be the trend nowadays with businesses.

Always busy , clean, good food, clean bathrooms, nice staff,lock car doors, loitering and people asking for money . I felt safe but pushy beggars.
