On July 4, at 12 PM there’s a white lady working at the register. I asked for the code to the bathroom, and she was so disrespectful and gave me the worst attitude ever to the point of and in which her large pasty face became red. Yes I bought something as well so I wasn’t just some random asking for restroom help. She harshly let me know that she can’t leave the register because she has a coworker that’s on a break. As a result, I bled through my pants AND got to deal with her foul attitude. Please hire nicer people that actually like their lives. Please hire people that come back from their brakes on time. Please hire people that don’t talk to people like animals especially on a holiday. Thank you.

Hands down the worst Walgreens location ive ever dealt with. I have been a loyal customer to Walgreens for mamy years. But i will never be back. I was given a partial script and told it was ready for pick up. Then when i drove 31 miles one way they said it wouldnt go through. They were trying to bill my insurance again after i already paid for the script already. Such a waste of time and the store is filthy. Get it together people.

One longtime pharmacist keeps this location from getting 1 star. Something has changed over the last year. Customer wait times are atrocious. Turnover is terrible and service is slow. It never used to be like this. Don't try calling. You'll fall asleep.

This is the absolute worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Every single time I’ve had to come here to pick up my prescriptions, there’s always an issue. Literally, every single time. Prescriptions are never ready or filled .. if you wait somehow they still won’t be ready. Sometimes they say I don’t have a prescription there… but it always ends up being there . There’s always an issue with the phone number, and the addresses on file. And I thought maybe it was just an issue with me .. until I watched two customers behind me go through the exact same issue. They seem to be completely unorganized. I’ve had enough and am finally switching pharmacies. I would recommend anyone go to any other pharmacy but this one . I have never once came to this location and not had some kind of issue

Look at what work there which will explain the bad reviews. It seems all business now hire anything. The rule that applies is if they'll mess this up they'll mess that up also so they won't be making me any batch of meds here.

By far the worst pharmacy I’ve ever had to deal with. Twice now with Dr. called in prescriptions the wait to get them filled is pushed back to the next business day!! Really wish the nearby former Rite Aid hadn’t closed,this pharmacy is horrible and has inept employees!

I have been trying to get my diabetes test strips for 2 months. Walgreens has still not filled stating insurance problems. I confirmed with Medicare it is covered by Part B and should be filled. Still waiting! Not sure why their service sucks.

Horrible, they said they could not accept my insurance to provide a covid shot. But they would be happy to take my $180 in cash for it. I've never had this issue in over 20 years with the same insurance. Interestingly, the local grocery store pharmacy was happy to accept the insurance and provide the vaccination. Do yourself a favor, go to any other other place for your basic needs.

Worst pharmacy in salisbury maryland.. Recently switched to apple discount drugs and already have better care and faster wait times by far. I use to love walgreens but their service has gone down hill fast.

This location’s pharmacy has the worst staff I have ever seen. The staff at the pharmacy is very rude and talk to people any kind away. They would not like it if someone talk to them the same way they talk to customers. I will be moving my prescriptions.

This location has the worst pharmacy staff I've ever seen in my life. There is nothing done expeditiously and the manner in which they speak to you is ridiculous. There is no courtesy or professionalism.

Consistently the worst service around. They've been rude to us in the past and never fill the right prescription. We bring it to their attention and they say they put a note in my wife's file so it doesn't happen again, but it keeps happening. We call ahead to make sure they fill the right prescription and they say they have it and then we arrive and they don't. Most times it requires 2-3 trips to the pharmacy to get her prescription filled properly. We're switching pharmacies, won't be going back and won't be recommending this company until things change. : (

Typical drug store. Well stocked, clean sale items & such. Great place to catch Coke products on sale. The pharmacy portion of the store depends on what time you get there. Don't go in the late afternoon when people are getting off of work. The pharmacy is a nut house when it's busy. The pharmacist's, not the pharmacy techs, cashier's & assistants, but the pharmacist's at these busy times are always rushed, short, angry, not nice, too busy to answer questions & can be rude. Did I say not nice? Especially the bald guy, wow, he really can't handle pressure lol. Still the techs/cashier's are usually nice & extremely helpful even when presented with rude customers.
