Dale helped us find our forever home. He was honest about the homes we walked through and never tried talking me into a house he knew wasn’t a good fit like other realtors I’ve dealt with. Dale isn’t just trying to sell you any house he’s trying to find you a good fit for your family. This market was absolutely crazy and finding the right house took some time. However Dale was patient and available when we needed him. I would recommend him to anyone buying or selling a home.

This team is ON THEIR GAME. Wow. Dale got us scheduled for showings immediately and we had an offer in the next morning. Everything, and I mean everything, was handled quickly, efficiently, professionally, on time, and on target by Dale and Robyn. I had told Robyn if you work as hard selling my house, you can have the listing. And Robyn did.There were preliminary listing. Final listing. Videos made. Never hesitated in asking a fair price. And we received a solid contract in about 4 days. All the little hiccups that come with the sale were handled professionally and quickly. Robyn was a pleasure to work with.
