“Dr Lewis, Dr McTeer and all the staff at Healing hands show true care and compassion for your pets. The care my pets have received from Healing Hands is second to none. The knowledge of the drs to try more of a homeopathic approach is wonderful. If you choose to take your fur babies to Healing Hand, you won’t regret it.”

“Have only recently started bringing my animals here and it was the best decision I could have made. The staff here is absolutely wonderful. Could not have asked to have better people caring for the life of my animal. Dr. Giza is absolutely wonderful. I will always recommend this office to anyone. The compassion they have towards you and your pets is top notch. Thank you for everything!”

“This place is awesome! If I could give more than 5 stars I would! My cat was having issues breathing and a consistent cough. She was diagnosed with asthma and had an upper respiratory infection. They were there every step of the way! She was on medication for a few months and then switched to an inhaler she takes daily! She has been doing great ever since and we will be coming up on a year with no issues in January *knock on wood*! They were also super understanding and worked well with her because she is a very spicy kitty at the vet, unfortunately. Shout out to all your staff! You guys are awesome!”

“Love Dr. Hudson and her staff! All of my cats have gone here. Dr. Hudson is knowledgeable and caring. They are a busy office, but I have found them to be responsive and they always fit one of my cats in if it's an emergency or if we need to be accommodated earlier.”

“Ive used a lot of vets in my day. And the way Dr Brooks and her staff handle my pets is with the most compassionate care. My Avelyn, Tasha and Bandit are always treated so well. Highly recommend!

Years later and I still stand by this review!”

“Johnson-McKee and the staff thereare excellent. Ashley took amazing care of our puppy starting with her first shots and all the way through her spay (which we’d never been through before). If you’re looking for a trust worthy, efficient, & caring team to take care of you pet, this is the place to go!”

“The staff there is universally kind and helpful. I've used them for several problematic rescue dogs and they have done their best to handle and comfort the animal. Here is Clover a painfully shy lab mix and now a regular patient at Banfield.”

“My 11 yr. old hound mix Sadie, needed immediate care. Her regular vet and several others that I called could not take her for 2-3 weeks at the earliest. The other Pet ER is Salisbury was closed. I was so impressed with the Vet Techs and receptionist at Lotus. Although they already had a full schedule the receptionist offered to have one of the techs come out to my car to look at Sadie. She checked her heartbeat and immediately carried 65lb Sadie into one of the exam rooms and gave her oxygen. Each of the 3 vet techs compassionately cared for Sadie. The doctor was very upfront with next steps and not looking to run a lot of unnecessary and expensive tests. I was very pleased with the course of action that the Dr recommended. I am grateful that I found Lotus.”

“Dr. Drewer saw my dog Buddy over the weekend while we were on vacation and he experienced a medical emergency. She was extremely competent in her work and I really appreciated how she gathered significant medical information and reiterated it back to me to ensure she had a solid grasp of Buddy’s needs and my concerns. I felt so much more comfortable when she did this as it reassured me she fully understood the medical situation and although it was her first time meeting Buddy, she showed full undivided attention to his needs. Her diagnosis and treatment plan were well informed and were in line with our primary vets guidance which we received when his office re-opened the following day. The only reason I gave 4 stars instead of 5 is because this is a “curbside” ER and parents don’t wait with their dog during triage and aren’t part of the physical exam. During a stressful time like a dog medical emergency, I find it important for the dog to stay with their parent to ensure maximum comfort and feeling of safety. The clinic did allow Buddy to stay with me until the doctor was ready to see him, instead of waiting in a crate during triage, but this was something I had to request and not common practice. The clinic had a waiting room and seemed to have plenty of patient rooms, so I’m sure why they impose this policy. I would have liked to stay with Buddy from beginning to end, especially since an ER is an unfamiliar place for both dog and parent. Otherwise, I was highly satisfied with our care and hopefully we never need to go back, but G-d forbid the need arises I know we are in good hands.”
