Rude and tried to take advantage of my older parents to get them to buy things they very clearly didn’t need. They tried to sell her a new phone and internet router when she went in to get a new strap for her Apple Watch. Insane!

This store is AMAZING!!! I will never deal with another Verizon retailer as long as I have Verizon. Alex was so helpful even when Verizon themselves weren't. She really tried to go above and beyond for our needs more-so than Verizon. Verizon on the phone acted like they could care less if they lost a new customer over a mistake they made from the get go that affected the quality of service we received. The professionalism of the employees in this store was excellent. About an hour drive from me but totally worth it.
