Updated review since the owner decided to change the hours on the weekends to only being open 3 hours and opening much later which was the appeal of this location. Go back to closed on Sunday and 6 days a week opening early. Otherwise awesome customer service as per usual with this location. ✌?

We had to have a package shipped to Florida & choose the Salisbury UPS store for that purpose. We entered the store were greeted by employees. Ginger the clerk that waited on us was most helpful & kind. We appreciated the service and will use & recommend this location again!

Disappointed in what was charged to ship an item won through an auction. Box should be approx 22” long by 2” by 2”. Weighs 2# max and was catharses over $60 dollars to ship. Shipping itself would have been $20, maybe $25 max, so I was charged at least $35 for a box and packaging. I will express my displeasure with the auction house as well.

I giving the one star because I called to this store to get an update on a return shipment because I was unable to read the tracking number that was provided on my receipt. A man named Milton answered the phone. He couldn't find my information in the system and acted like it wasnt a big deal. Then he hung up on
me. When i called back he said he didnt like my tone of voice. I was simply repeating back to him what he said. When I called back I asked him did he hang up on me and he said u would do it again. How inconsiderate of him since he told me that he was the owner of the store. Very rude and inconsiderate.

This is the best ups store that I've been to! Very attentive. Lines move fast. Interaction with customers is top notch top. Easy Amazon returns

Parking sucks, staff is trying to sell you on anything or everything. I had a box of returns for Amazon. Looks like I will have to do this my damn self.

If you are looking just to drop off a pre-paid UPS box, look elsewhere, as this location isn't very convenient. The parking is horrendous and unsafe, and the staff makes you stand in a very slow moving line even though you are just dropping off a package.The staff at Staples is much friendlier and open throughout the day and weekend.. The UPS customer counter at UPS on Northwood Drive is open 3:15pm to 6:15pm. Also, it appears the CVS pharmacy across the street on corner of College Ave also accepts package drop offs if you don't want to head to N. Salisbury.

Terrible. Waiting 45+ mins just to return something. They need a faster system!! Then they charged me $15 to package something that was already in a cardboard box!! But because the box had a picture of the item on it, it wasn’t accepted. Even though that’s what it was shipped to me in!!

This location has been terrific... I moved here just over a year ago now, and they have been amazing for all my Amazon returns, notary needs, and overnight mail for a home sale. Lines move super fast, and typically, the owner will help expedite the flow by doing the Amazon or prepaid return packages right from the line, especially during the holidays.One call out for this location is the place has very limited parking, and it's a bit crazy to try to get in/out, especially with 2 restaurants sharing the lot.The only issue that I've have from a service perspective is that if you return a small item to Amazon which requires (by Amazon) that you package it, they will not accept your padded envelope and will charge you ($2-3) to put it one of their padded envelopes... which was literally the same size. I will just stick small returns in an oversized box from now on.
