went to rent a trailer needed the only one they had in parking lot. I was the only customer there yet spent over 30 minutes in the building and the two ladies there working had no idea what they were doing. it appeared they were having trouble with the computer. I left went to another uhaul and they had me in and out in 5 minutes with a rental. guy told me their system was down but was able to put me in manually. not sure why the ladies did not do the same. they both need extra training on that system. Someone please help them.

Completely unacceptable. Reserved a truck at other UHAUL location, sold out. Directs us here and they can’t find truck keys for 30 minutes. Finally find them and they are in ignition of truck and battery has died. Then they have to use my husbands jumper cables to charge the truck? This is not our problem. Should have keys on the desk ready for customers to pick up trucks. Makes absolutely zero sense. Wasted our time and our movers time this morning.

I went in to reserve a tow dolly and told them I want to pay cash. I was told I need a credit card to reserve but my account would not be charged. Well when I brought dolly back I paid cash and went on my way. The next day I go out of town and get stranded with no gas money! The reason being they had also charged my credit card! Now I have to go thru the hassle of trying to get my money back!
