Amazing staff here! My body did not have the best reaction to getting blood drawn. However, the staff was very caring and kind in this situation. They had me feeling better in no time!

Christopher was amazing! I came in this morning nervous about getting my blood drawn. Christopher was very friendly and made it a very positive experience! He seems very dedicated to his job and does a great job at it!

my name is Ana, and Christopher was so friendly, patient, and caring with my 2 month old daughter today. I came to the family lab somewhat nervous to get her heel pricked, but the staff was very welcoming and made the experience stress free. Christopher seems very dedicated to his job. He’s the best!

Never ever had a problem always fast efficient and friendly until this weekend. I was told they do not take my insurance. I have been coming to this facility for years using the same insurance and was told Saturday they have never accepted my insurance and someone was inputting wrong. How can their lab (owned by Tidal Health ) not accept my insurance when my doctor (also owned by Tidal Health ) takes it. Each lab done is always paid by my insurance. This was very disappointing when i drive from Denton to this facility because of the Saturday hours. I am truly rethinking about doctor switch close to home now and not dealing with issues because one day they take my insurance and the next they don't.

My <1 year old daughter has had to get her blood drawn several times now, and these folks here have been absolutely amazing with her.
