Home internet product is great. Smoked Xfinity on price, easy set up for a senior. But the staff at Salisbury was the best customer service I have had in years. Selenia was fantastic.

Absolutely outstanding and friendly customer service from Maddie and Maya after visiting the Ruark store. I needed help returning my gateway device and receiving a shipping label. Not only were they able to assist me, but they went the extra mile calling the customer service while I was there to get the shipping label. 5/5 stars isn’t high enough to rate them. This store has amazing employees that are knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. Thank you both again for great customer service!

I had almost no signal since I've been with T-Mobile. Poor reception, dropped calls. Customer service rented me a signal booster for only $25. To be returned when I switch to another provider. I've had lots of problems with the phone so at the store I explained that my mother is 103 and must have reliable communication. The manager told me that the signal in my area is poor and they have lots of problems with the phone I got. I asked why I wasn't told these things in the begining. They said they weren't allowed to tell. I said I must cancel my service and find another provider. They said I would have to continue paying until the 2 years is up. So I have to replace provider and phone and continue to pay T-Mobile. Next the screen went black and I couldn't use the phone. So back to the store and told the salesperson what the problem was. She showed me how to scroll and tap to regain brightness. She told me if I paid off my phone I could terminate my business with the company, but I would still pay a month or two until my plan was terminated. I paid off the phone and I'm looking for an honest company.

I have been a t-mobile customer for a very long time, this was definitely the nicest team I’ve been with in a while maddie my mobile expert was so helpful and assisted me in saving lots of money. They were all very kind and helpful definitely would recommend this store 10/10:)

This company shouldn't even get I star. I was told that if I trade in my old phone I would get an upgrade free. No charge for the new phone. I have been dealing with them for the last 3 months like a half an hour to hour asking them to remove the equipment charge but it's still there. And the customer service lady lied on her memo

I had read many horrible reviews about T-Mobile in general (no specific locations given in the reviews). The corporation needs to send people to the location at Ruark Dr in Salisbury, MD, for training! Plain and simple! There were 4 people working. They worked well together, they assisted each other, they made every customer feel important! Having worked in public relations and up-front and center with the general public, I watch people and pay attention. We had been with another cell/landline/internet provider for 33 years. After our experience at this particular T-Mobile store, we're kicking ourselves for not changing A LOT earlier! All the employees worked together as a family, they were so patient with "us old folks" and truly made our experience one that had to be recognized! Maddie worked with mainly, but honestly we had interactions with all employees. It was such a welcoming pleasant experience, not to mention the $$$ we're saving by switching to T-Mobile! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I’ve never met a T-Mobile team so unprofessional it was so disappointing. I just needed a new screen protector (which is free with my insurance). I walk in, the associate looks at me and looks down. No hello, I’ll be with you. An older couple was changing their plans and asked how much it would be. SHE told them she didn’t know how much their bill was just to add 30 dollars. While she has the tablet in her hand. I mean my store would never be so callous. Nor should people be dismissed when they are obviously confused. So if you want a store to help you figure things out do not go. I would be so upset if someone treated my mom such a way

Words simply cannot describe the stellar service, time, and attention that Selena provided during my visit to this location. She answered my questions and concerns and made me feel a part of the store family while I was there. Phenomenal job, and thanks so much again!

Of all the Tmobile stores ive been too this is the friendliest and most helpful yet! I was especially impressed with Selena and how well she assisted me. From setting up my phone to helping me pick out the best phone case, shes the go to girl!!!!!!!

This T-Mobile was the best customer service T-Mobile I’ve ever went to! I came in with a problem with my phone because my data wasn’t working and I couldn’t figure out what was wrong with it and the way Worker Selena, Worker Shay and Worker Jai so swiftly, patiently and kindly helped me through my problem and fixed it right away! Definitely my go to T-Mobile anytime I have problems!

Highly recommend T-Mobile!!! The service was great and everyone was very nice and welcoming. Shay helped me with transferring my carrier to T-Mobile and it was a quick and smooth transition! She is the best!

I went to the north store today to set up a family plan. Must I say, the women who helped me were polite, professional, and overall phenomenal. I spent way less money than I had anticipated too. Def be back :)
